This was our 5th visit to Buttermilk. Today we were deeply disappointed with the experience. A word of advise to the management, when a customer wants to return an item because it doesn't taste as expected, there should be no questions asked! I wanted to return a $5.50 Cappuccino, that did not taste as expected. Instead I had to have a long explanatory conversation with the server and then the manager. It was not a meal but a mere Cappuccino. We spent $80.00, but first had to explain about a $5.50 Cappuccino. This experience is inconsistent with Buttermilk's mission statement. This was a total turn off. We could not enjoy our meal after that.

My boyfriend and I love Buttermilk’s! It’s one of our absolute favorite date spots. Perfect for breakfast or lunch! Extensive menu of food and drinks with a lot of creative specials! There’s usually a wait when we go, but we never wait as long as they tell us we might have to. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is friendly, and the food is AWESOME! I never write reviews for places but Buttermilk’s deserved the A+ review!

In a world filled with mediocrity, every once in a while you land on a something great. There are a lot of breakfast: brunch options out there, Buttermilk was phenomenal in all respects from our waitress IJ to The Traitor Benedict all exceptional!!

First time trying Buttermilk's Kitchen. We went bright and early on a Sunday morning and sat right away at the bar. The only downside was no serving alcohol before 10am due to town codes. But it's ok, I can survive without having a mimosa lol. They had freshly squeezed orange juice, which my husband enjoyed. And I ordered an iced vanilla latte with oatmilk. It was delicious. My husband went with eggs, bacon, ham, and hashbrowns, it also came with a biscuit but I took it. It was really good, it fell apart easily but I enjoyed it very much. I ordered the chicken and waffles, while the chicken was a little bland, the mayo-syrup dipping was great with it. Great place to eat! Will be back soon!

Food was delicious! Always busy, try coming in early for shorter wait times. Busiest on sundays, wait times can be anywhere between 45mins -1hr, so plan ahead. Our favorite were the nutella banana Belgian waffle with whipped cream and mushroom omelette with goat cheese. The staff is cordial and friendly. Nice interiors and ambience. Perfect for groups, and brunch dates! Our go to sunday brunch spot in patchogue

The BEST breakfast/brunch we ever had and we travel alot! DELICIOUS eggs Benedict, amazing French toast…everything PERFECT including the friendly sweet staff! LOVE THIS PLACE!

BLONDE HAIR IN FOOD!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. My girlfriend has brown hair. We drove 30 minutes from West Hampton for brunch. Long story short she ordered one Stuffed pancake. We get our orders and two bites in she pulls a very visible 6 inch blonde hair from her food. Our waitress who is supposed to be watching the only 2 tables she had, was in the back doing only god knows what!!!!! We sat for f****** 8 MINUTES waiting for her to come back onto the floor. Nobody came by to check on how our food came out. Almost 10 Minutes go by and I had to get ask an employee to get her, same time she walked back out. I told her about the hair and she took it to the back with my girlfriends original fork. It took 12 MORE MINUTES before I got up and asked for a check to get the hell out because my food was cold at this point and her food STILL wasn't out. They insisted I wait ANOTHER 3-4 minutes for 1 PANCAKE. The manager brings it out and again I tell him I want a check so we can leave. When they bring the pancake, I swear to you NOBODY BROUGHT HER A FORK TO REPLACE THE ONE THEY TOOK. SERVING 101. That was my last straw. I got up and told them give me a check I am leaving. THEY GAVE NO REFUND. NO DISCOUNT. I PAID $49 for 2 bites of french toast and a pancake WITH HAIR IN IT. Best advice to you is STAY AWAY from this sh!thole. They do not care about anything but your money I have been serving for 7 months now and ALWAYS, if we mess up, we comply with the customer as the "customer is god" rule is always in effect to make sure the customer is pleased. All I asked was to not receive the remade pancake so I can just pay for my meal and leave. Instead I walked out paying $50 for some bs breakfast. Really disappointed and AN EMBARRASSMENT to our community that a family owned company like this can't even DISCOUNT YOU for a pancake they have HAIR IN and make you wait 15 MINUTES for a new one. Please never go here. - A Real Server who can tell a sh!thole from a mile away by the way they treat customers.
