For me, the drinks were better than the food. Excellent cocktails. All the food out of those big bowls/boils tasted a bit bland and the same. Lack of contrasting flavors. The sauce takes over everything. Service was good and prompt. Great place to take someone truly into seafood and crawfish and all those sort of critters.

We had a table of four. Three meals came out but my meal didn't arrive until ten minutes later and everything was overcooked. Very

My friend and I frequent here for our weekly catch ups and the team is more than welcoming everytime we come. Service is fast but never rushed, accommodating to extra needs and delightful to talk to. Tonight we had Carissa who was so charming and made great recommendations for our experience. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our crab legs and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great girls night ! Get the Cajun blend any time you do a boil, you won’t be disappointed!

My husband had the fried calamari and the lobster roll. He said they were both delicious. I am allergic to shell fish so I had the fried fish basket and the sautéed brussel sprouts. Both were very good.

Cajun claws has always been a hype but deff not worth it for the amount of money I spend & still get charged for not finishing food. Should’ve walked out the moment they said it beforehand. Service was great & food was alright . I had my 3 year son which didn’t eat from our boils & was still charged to sit with us. This place is a money grab & food isn’t all that.

The service was good. Never had to wait for something. Food was mediocre. But the bathroom was disgusting. As in the equivalent to a lonely gas station bathroom. Get it together.

My Husband and came here for lunch. We were seated right away. Service was quick. We ordered the grilled scallops for appetizers and Cajun fries . Both were delicious! And the calamari boil with extra corn. It was delicious as well. We enjoyed it and highly recommend. Just wish I had tried a drink. I guess on the next visit!

What a sharp decline in quality; I used to frequent Cajun Claws with my father before moving out of state. On our last trip there (being 11/25/23) not only did the general quality of the food take a sharp decline, my father and I canceled our order because everybody else in the party had finished eating before we had even received our dishes. We will not be returning to this location given the jarring decrease in quality.1/5

Cajun Claws may have hit rock bottom. In previous visits to this establishment the service and food has always been perfect. This visit was on Saturday November 25th at 5:15 pm. But this last visits leaves me questioning if I should ever go back. First, the party of 9 arrived promptly for our reservation and we were asked to wait for the table as it needed be prepared. This is very odd since the entire party was present and the restaurant was almost empty. Appetizers- three appetizers were ordered for the table. Rock shrimp, fired calamari and crab dip. Each appetizer was brought to the table in 5 minute increments. That was pretty odd considering the restaurant was pretty empty. Both the rock shrimp and the fried calamari were good. But the "crab dip",... wasserved with Ritz crackers , celery and carrot sticks. There was no dip , it is was simply plain crab meat fluffed up in a plastic demitasse. No added mayonnaise or other herbs and spices. It was very bland especially for the price charged. Very odd and disappointing. Now for the entrees, a chicken sandwich, children's pasta, children's chicken finger a lobster roll and two ultimate boils. Again the food was not served all at once but staggered. The children's food was served promptly and adequate quality. The lobster roll was pretty much a joke. I am including a photograph as a picture is with a thousand words. Now for the coude gras, the ultimate boils. The waiter came over after everyone else in the party is served and finished eating and informed us that the kitchen is behind. Now remind you the restaurant was almost empty. After waiting for another 15-20 minutes we promptly told the waiter to cancel the order and give us the check. Sad to say I will never go back as both the food quality and speed of service was terrible. It is even more amazing that no one from the restaurant's management team came over to apologize for the poor service. I do not gamble on football so why would I gamble on my dinner? I will not go back to Cajun Claws as I can see they are cutting corners on food quality and service but not the price.

This is definitely a great destination for outstanding seafood! Our server Carissa was a pleasure and very knowledgeable on the menu.

Best seafood boil spot I've ever been to and I've been to several in New Orleans, which says a lot. We take the 1 hr & 15min drive all the way from Queens...Parking: I paid $1.45 for 4 hours on a Saturday. But that's only after 4pm. It's free before 4pm.
