There are only guys working here and they rush your order on top of that they almost don't put any protein and when you ask a little more of protein they charge twice as much.

I ordered Burrito Bowl and paid for the chips. There were barely any chips in the bag like someone just threw a few in. The food is over salted not worth the money by any stretch of my imagination. No comparison to Moes!!!

The staff here is not good. They neither talk to their customers properly nor do they prepare the food properly . I ate it and after that I asked about the restaurant, they told me that the restaurant is closed and talked to me in a misbehavior manner and did not talk to me properly.

I usually call this restaurant ecoli. for all the time it's been in the news. I had never had it but wouldn't go. Well. Today my son talk me into it today. We walked into the restaurant and my 1st response was its dirty. Leaves and garbage in the door way. The tables all had food on it and clearly had not been wiped down in a while. The food counter had 3 workers. It was not busy and the counter and food prep area was dirty ok messy. Overall the food did not impress me. My son was like it looks good. He said the food was good. I literally had one scoop and it gave my stomach the gurgles. My son said it was in my head. Well it's 2 hrs later and my son has been in the bathroom for a while. He just called me to say I was right...

Ordered a bowl with the chicken Pastore. Bowl wasn’t even full and if there was seven pieces of chicken in it all together that was a lot. Very disappointed with the quality. You pay extra for the chicken Pastore and I have never gotten a bowl with so little chicken before. And let’s face it Chipotle is not cheap to begin with. Consistency is what keeps people coming back. When that happens you’re gonna lose customers. Reading the reviews I can see I’m not the only one having had this issue.

We order food. Because of the app, it is not what I and my family expected, the burrito had more rice and beans than meat, the bowl had almost no chicken, I asked for extra cheese and nothing, I will not return.

I ordered a burrito online with EVERYTHING on it. I opened it up to clumps of white rice, scattered steak, a few slices of lettuce and THAT was it. My fault, for not looking at the reviews. They are very deserving of -1 star. NEVER EAT THERE because you WILL be disappointed. I threw the burrito out because I was upset. $23 later, I am still hungry. Oooh, the $5 chips and guacamole was a joke.
Patchogue Chipotle thank you for being clean, having great customer service, and enough food until you close. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Shirley Chipotle you may want to take some pointers from Patchogue's restaurant. Your store was disgusting, the staff thought it was funny that you ran out of rice and pretty much all your food. Customers were walking out by the handful. Just a thought, maybe send Patchogue's manager and staff over to Shirley to show them how it's done right down to the wonderful smiles and happy greeting you receive when you walk in.

Just to say.... Yeah, baby!! Freaking love it!! Food always tastes and looks fresh. The smell is BABABOOM. As soon as you come to this establishment, the staff is so cordial and almost grateful you have been served . The food is so bababoom fresh. Very clean and always attended for anything you may need for you to have a nice time eating in. 100% recommended this place at this location. By far the worst Chipotle i have ever been to. Portion size did not even exist. Carnitas was so fatty.Never again at this Patchogue location. After 2 years went back and it was worse than before this has to be the worst managed place. 2 bowls both had very little portions of everything. I burrito that looked like a taco it was so small. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here and by far the worst location I’ve been to. Once the portions were scarce and another time the food tasted sour and I proceeded to get very sick for the next 24 hours (my friend had the same experience at this location months prior) I’m guessing they’re okay with serving rancid food.
