Check your order before you leave because they continuously forget something. Also the bathroom has had an out of order sign since at least 2023 rather than have a key and let paying customers use the bathroom they just pretend it's broken

I order the same egg and cheese from Doordash very often with the same special instructions (on a roll with salt pepper ketchup). I specifically say ON A ROLL because even though it says it’ll be served on a roll unless specified, it’s REQUIRED that you choose a bagel option. But that’s not my issue, my issue is that the employees seem to consistently ignore the part where I ask for it on a roll, they put salt pepper ketchup and even hot sauce when I ask and IGNORE the part where it’s on a roll. But when my partner orders it they get it exactly right, it’s just extremely frustrating

I absolutely love this bagel store. Staff is always friendly and make you feel welcomed. The owner is the best. He goes above and beyond to make sure the bagels are cooked to perfection. If you live locally in Patchogue this is hands down the go to bagel spot.

I like the bagel shop but they refuse to prepare your food the way you want it. I ask for a toasted bagel well (which means light brown like toast). I get a warmed bagel, this is every time I go. I typically get my bagels in Brooklyn or Queens. Definition of toasted see below:cook or brown (food, especially bread or cheese) by exposure to a grill, fire, or other source of radiant heat.
I waited for 5 minutes and had to leave. There are not enough employees.

It gets very busy and they have inadequate seating plus no booths just cheap tables with uncomfortable chairs my 11 year old daughter could design a better dining area.. make the dining area bigger with more comfortable seating.. And don't tell me it's COVID that was three years ago ?.Parking: Easy safe parking the back or main street
