Excellent setting, attentive work staff, but most importantly - very, very delicious food. The calamari was superb, the tuna salad the same, as was everything else we ordered. Would definitely return and recommend.

Ordered through door dash 32.00 Rib Eye was the thinnest Rib Eye I have ever received from a restaurant it was over cooked and so thin it was only good enough for a breakfast steak and eggs not for a dinner @ 32.00, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Met friends for lunch on a summer afternoon. Very small and cozy with outstanding meals and presentation. We actually dined here in August of 2019 before Covid. Look forward to going back this summer.

Has the feel of a small mom and pop shop. The wait staff amazing, inviting, and energetic. The food was absolutely amazing everything was homemade and flavor was amazing. This place is literally hidden gem in a residential area.

We tried the takeout during Covid. Awful. The toasts were on top of each other, and the main courses slopped around the box. How this did not stop us from trying the restaurant again once it reopened, as we have eaten there on many occasions and always had a good experience. Everything continues to be excellent, including the service. My only complaint was the Mexican corn which was not very sweet. Odd for August to not have sweet corn, but of course this had nothing to do with the cooking.

I recently ate dinner at the restaurant after a great workout at a nearby fitness facility. We did not have reservations but were able to get a table for two in the popular quaint venue. I ordered their Vegetarian Burger which was served with shoestring french fries. The burger was house-made with a teriyaki soy glaze, topped with Swiss cheese, pickles, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. It was by far, the Best veggie burger that I have ever had...hands down! Unbelievably delicious with a truly delectable blend of flavors tucked in a mouth watering bun that melted into my palate with each savoring bite! My senses were perceiving meat from the first sight to the last bite. However, I knew that it was the best vegetarian burger on the planet in that moment!! I will most definitely return to the lovely ambiance of the South Ocean Grill for an encore!!

This is quite a small restaurant, so I recommend reservations. It was busy but we were seated immediately. The restaurant is very comfortably decorated, the service was great and the food was fantastic! I would highly recommend this restaurant - we are even thinking of going back there again before we leave town.

What a great little find! Very small cafe with great food. the grilled salmon sandwich was perfectly cooked. My friend had a salmon and tomato crepe with a side kale salad - she was very happy with her choice. Our waitress was Veronica and service was excellent. Will definitely go back when I'm in the area.
