Food is always excellent, and the place is relatively clean. However, depending on who I get making the food, there may or may not be miscommunication about what we're ordering. Also, on BOGO burrito/bowl day, they charged us for a homewrecker when we just got a make your own. When asked at the register about it, the lady just ignored us. It was busy, but miscommunication has happened one too many times where it's starting to feel intentional.

Completely disgusted and disappointed by the curbside pick up wait time! I Ordered a single burrito, and it transformed into a THIRTYminute odyssey for the staff to locate my car. Despite explicitly stating my parking spot right to the lady on the phone. unreal.

There was too much of a language barrier between the employees and the customers. They couldn't understand easy questions or phrases. The food was cold, had no taste and went right through me. It was so expensive too. I could have had better quality Mexican fast food at Taco Bell
