I actually like Popeyes, so I'm bummed to write this review. This review is based solely on this location, it's so poorly ran it's unreal. I live in the area, but rather drive to the Shirley location because this location has never gotten my order correct once THEN they get irate when you point out that it's incorrect. I guess they do orders on a Popeyes Mystery Bag setup type thing. This location is a nightmare, I'd say just drive to Shirley

This is the worst Popeyes on the east end of Long Island. I have had incorrect orders from here, missing items, and the icing on the cake is me ordering through the app and me getting there at the time I put the order in to be ready to my order was thrown out. Of which the worker try’s to gaslight me by saying it was placed 2 hours ago which was a lie and proceeds to make it a me problem that she was unable to see that the order was to be ready at a specific time. Tells me that I should call ahead next time to tell them not to throw the food out. The nerve. Don’t make it the customers issue that is an internal problem that should be addressed by the store owner not passed on to your customer to deal with.

My husband ordered 2 regular chicken sandwiches with extra mayo. That's it. He got 2 spicy chicken sandwiches. He did not eat them we are now boycotting Popeyes.

I need to start looking in the bag before I pull away from the drive through and you should too. I'm too hungry to care but this is the second time in a row i've gotten an incorrect order. When I get home after a 10 hr shift I dont want to turn around and drive all the way back to exchange my order for the correct one so I will make that adjustment. Other than that the people are lovely as always, nothing personal.
