I usually love ordering from here because they have the best chicken parm in the area. However on this occasion(07/11/17) I ordered lunch and not only was it not ready when I got there after picking it up after a half an a hour, my food was burnt, the pasta had a really sweet sauce on it and the garlic knots looked undercooked. Not only that but I was waiting 10 mins to pay because their credit card machine did not work. And also the drinks from their fridge were not cold at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER GOING BACK.
On first visit Restaurant.com voucher was refused. Went ahead with my order and the food was very good. Second visit included a roach in my taco with a refund, but no apology from the owner. What a shame. Won't be back.
