My family and I went to the Patchogue location for dinner. Our burgers were delicious and the desserts were amazing! Our server was very nice and really took the time to get everyone's order correct. The hostess was attentive and sat us promptly. Unfortunately, both the men's and women's bathrooms were dirty. The women's bathroom had paper on the floor, dirty sinks, dirty walls and floors, and a broken dryer. The toilets were ok. The men's bathroom had dirty toilets as a patron had been sick. The establishment did clean up the men's bathroom while we were there. The only other complaint I have was the volume of the music. It did not need to be that loud. I understand it's a bar and sometimes a nightclub, but there is no reason why the music volume should be that loud during the dinner hours. My family and I will still come to eat at Burgerology as we do like the food there.

First time here. The location is big and spacious. The menu items were nice and the meal was good and filling. Very unique design and great for families. I can't say too much but I would visit again. I did the double patty...it was a lot...next time I will just go one.

I've gone to Burgerology multiple times, including my birthday, and the vibes, the food, the drinks, and the service is amazing. However, despite the incredible music from the DJ, it is on the louder side. This leaves a lot of room for miscommunication between the patron and the servers. Almost all the times I've gone, something was wrong with my food. Don't get me wrong, it was still delicious, but they either give me the wrong patty, or the wrong fries, or the wrong sauce, or something is missing from my order. If they fixed the sounds of the music a little bit, this would be completely resolved.Vegetarian options: They have good options for vegetarian patties.Dietary restrictions: They have fries that are somewhat gluten free. Not prepared in separate fryer tho.

0 Stars, this place likes to outsource security companies that like to physically assault and harass their patrons. I witnessed a women be physically pushed down the flight of stairs by Benjamin Franclin (security guard) and he continuely to pursue the group across the street trying to physically harm them. The manager even came out saying he wasn't responsible for anything that happens and he isn't responsible for the security guard. This guy needs to be in jail, and had taken his anger on an innocent bystander that weren't even in the facility.
