Jennifer’s customer service at the drive-thru… A++ she helped me figure out the new drink I wanted to try quickly and efficiently and remembered my dogs pup cup which I forgot to ask for!! Then she complimented me at the window. I know customer service like this is extremely hard so I give her a TON of credit for having great energy.

I rarely go to Dunkin/Starbucks, as a result I have a difficult experience ordering. Casey was the absolute best drive-thru service employee I have ever interacted with! Kind (gave me time to decide) and thoughtful (she asked if it was okay to say the snacks my kids might like out loud); her tone put me at ease so that I was not only relaxed but enjoyed the discussion! She gave me options and suggestions - I was very pleased with our order. Because of this experience with Casey and even George at the window, another genuinely friendly individual- I will return soon!

Tried using the drive through to be quick. Never again. Just sticking with Patchogue Coffee House, 100 feet down the block. Rather park and walk in then deal with attitudes. Don’t need to deal with the entitled attitudes at Starbucks.

Went to the drive thru and ordered a white chocolate mocha hot and received a mocha hot didn't realize until I got home

The in store was shutdown but not updated on the app. We walked to store and we were not able to be served unless we had a car for the drive through. The baristas did nothing to help the situation.

Very nice Starbucks. Parking was a bit difficult---there is no drive through to get out of lot, just to purchase. So I had to back out. That could be problematic
