Tropical smoothie is a franchise, so different stores are ran by different teams. This store specifically is not great, Smoothies and food both turn out bad, wait times were pretty long, and seems understaffed.While nowhere near this one, the Hicksville TSC is leap years better. Fast service, smoothies are great, and food is well prepared.Seems to be the theme with patchogue, hit or miss. Patchogue UPS store is awful as well. Skip this location, TCS on it's own is pretty good when run by competent franchise owner

I have ordered the same thing here 4 times. Only one time have I gotten it right. I order the Buffalo chicken wrap and specify no ranch every time. My sandwich comes soaked in ranch. There's no chicken on it either. They pack it full of shredded lettuce How hard is it to not pick up one extra condiment bottle? I see it on the receipt. The cashier punches it into the computer as "No Mayo" every time. Smoothies are good though.

My experience was awful!!! I love Tropical Smoothie but i will NEVER go to this location again. I ordered 1 smoothie and a side. It took 30 minutes, sitting there to receive this order. Mind you there were maybe 3-4 other people waiting, not a lot of orders. We all sat and waited 30 minutes for our smoothies. The workers were extremely slow, saw a bunch of employees laughing and joking around in the back. I was almost late to work, so i told the man who brought my order up that at the least they should let customers know there will be a wait, he literally ignored me and turned around and walked away. Lol horrible customer service

My smoothie literally tasted like dishwater. The only flavor in it was dirty chemicals; everytime I order it at another location it isnt this awful. Food was disgusting and my wrap didnt even look like it was wrapped. Always smells nasty. Customer service was terrible too. Im not one to complain because i know how food service can be but im disappointed I even bothered spending my money here.

They are so slow they all seem 20 plus minutes already waiting. Really really not good. They all seem like they are taking their sweet time walking around all confused. I do not recommend this place. The food wasn't even all that good.

I've been meaning to write this post. Pros: I order online and pick up at the store. Love that option! Smoothies are fine, no complaints. I rarely eat the food.Cons: The odor when you walk in. It smells like someone has cleaned the floors with the same dirty mop for years. My 7 year old pinches her nose when we walk in. It's bad, and has been for awhile. I don't know why I still keep going there, knowing that it smells.One can only wonder the conditions in the kitchen. I will be going to a different location from now on.

Will never return to this location. The kids who work here are oblivious and they don't know how to make the food and smoothies. This location used to be great, but its gone down hill in the past year. I'll travel 5 extra minutes to other locations for quality food and service.
