WOWThis was a huge surprise. I was visiting a customer in Peekskill New York, and pulled over to grab a small bite to eat from a food truck. I pulled into the lot and noticed there was a big line. When I got on line there were a lot of regulars talking about what they were going to order. I asked one of them what they would recommend, and they said you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. They were so right.I got an order of taco's. You got to pick any three taco's you wanted. and the order came with hand cut fries, and this amazing lime aioli. I had a chorizo, fish, and chicken taco. They might have been the best I ever had. After I finished I had to tell the owner how great the food was. He happened to be the nicest guy, and was truly happy to hear that I thoroughly enjoyed his food. He makes all of his food fresh daily, and makes his own chorizo.I went home that night, and told my son about the truck. That weekend I stopped by again, this time with my son and his fiance. Octavio remembered me right away. We ordered a braised short rib grill cheese on Texas toast, a Cuban sandwich that he made with his own smoked pulled pork, and his home made empanada's. All three of us were amazed with his food.My son was getting married in three weeks, and we had rented an Airbnb for the weekend, and were throwing a rehearsal dinner for about 40 people the night before the wedding. We had already planned on having it catered, but my son mentioned why don't we do something different, and see if Octavio would bring his food truck to the Airbnb instead of using a caterer. It wound up being fantastic. We spoke with Octavio, and picked five items off the menu to serve that night. Everyone at the party raved about the food, and Octavio surprised us at the end by serving his home made caramel stuffed churro's with chocolate sauce.If you love great food, you must give him a visit...

So dedicated to creating the best food and generous portions. My Wife and I just stopped there and I had a Cuban, this was not any Cuban Sandwich, it was the best I've ever had and my Wife had the Grilled 3 Cheeses sandwich, cheese was authentic and oozing out of every side. We each got their delicious hand cut fries and it was an entirely surprise, right there on our beautiful Hudson River. This was our first visit and DEFINITELY not our last for sure!

Octavio and his food are a must stop when heading up the Bear Mountain Goat Trail. His Fish tacos, Pork Tacos and Empanadas are better than anything Ive ever eaten off a food truck. The other Taco stop in Peekskill cant hold a candle to Octavios flavors, presentation and freshness. Octavio is always smiling and a fantastic Chef. Must stop.
Food was amazing especially the pulled pork. Owner was a very nice guy. I brought my brother today while working he really enjoyed it

No complaints from me. I tried OFW a few years back. I believe I had a meatloaf sandwich which was very good. This most recent time I order fish tacos and ask if yo make the order of 3 tacos 2 fish and o1 carnitas. Everything appeared to be made to order and it was a lovely 2+ hr ride home while I woofed down these tacos. The fish was crispy and flavorful with a nice aioli and the carnitas / pulled pork was tasty and loaded with pork.
