I went in here on March 3rd at 4:05pm asking for two forks. I stood for 5 minutes going unnoticed then the lady comes to me with an attitude I asked for what I needed,she asked if I was eating in I said no that’s when she says you’ll have to wait. I stood for about 10 more minutes while she walked around doing nothing. Then when I asked for it again she snapped at me and said in a high angry tone that I wasn’t eating there so I needed to wait for 2 Forks. Honestly don’t come here if you African American

I stopped here to order lunch to go. They open at 1:00pm but when I arrived at 1:10 they were still mopping the floors and cleaning the restaurant. I ordered the chicken pad thai to go with wonton soup. The pad thai was bland and didn't have the traditional flavor of pad thai that I'm used to. The wontons in the soup were good but you only get 2 and the broth was bland as well. I don't think I will be returning as the food did not impress me. Perhaps their hibachi is better but I've never had it.

Went there twice and had a bad service experience one of the women staffs are Extremely Rude it's terrible how her behavior is each time I been there she has the same nasty mean behavior im not going again uts nit worth giving my money to these people when im nit comfortable also nobody greets you at the door at all the second time i went she offered me to sit around a crowded area with ppl I didn't know and germs it's to small in there dinning area

I bought takeout dinner from YUMI HIBACHI located at 802 Pelham Parkway, Pelham manor NY I got hibachi "seafood deluxe" and" chicken and shrimp" and the chicken tasted like cardboard and the shrimp was tough it seems like they boiled it for several hours. what a waste of money.

I have been going for about 4 years through the years the customer service has become extremely bad! You ask for sauce it's an issue! Portions have gotten smaller! Just very short and not a pleasant experience. Definitely my last time visiting the establishment!
Our family loves this place- been patrons for 5 years now! We have always had exceptional service and a great experience with the chefs and the food. Our kids aged 6 & 8 love the food!The owner is fantastic!I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but every visit, we can only share our experience, which has always been great!We have tried many hibachi restaurants in Westchester, and this is our go-to!

When you have a take out order they treat you bad no utensils no sauce. I asked for a manager and still had to pay one dollar for teriyaki sauce 0.1 oz no Bueno. One dollar for a small cup. Edos is not far away with better
I gave it a one star because everytime I come I always ask for extra sauce never give or give me a hard time about extra sauce oh they made it already oh we add it and when I get the food never no extra sauce i am a frequent customer I saw they needed a cashier I am close to the area …I say hey I see you looking for a cashier I have experience the lady who is the owner goes oh no we not hiring I goes okay you should take it out the window it’s false advertising…about a month after the sign still up… when I pass their store the hiring sign still up …I went recently and a girl ask about it they pretended to take her name and number and she ain’t get hired the sign is still and their food is not even that good always hard or no sauce I went cause it was convenient for me when I don’t eat a lot of things in the area
