Not the staff you expect at a five guys. No one smiles, everyone looks miserable and moves at the pace of a sloth. I am a very cheerful person, southern girl raised in the south. So when I say hi, I expect at least a hello when I walk in, but nope. Note here! And if you are looking to receive the notorious extra fries that you come to expect from five guys, be prepared to be extremely disappointed, or just DO NOT COME HERE. My large fries bucket wasn’t even filled. I didn’t even get a full container of fries, much less the extra scoop. Worst service I have ever experienced. I understand matching energy, but when someone comes at you with positivity and light, the least you can do is return the favor.

I’ve been going to this Five Guys for over a decade an in the past few visits they have been extremely disappointing . Customer service is always HORRIBLE, and today was my last straw. I came in for a pick up mobile order that the lady that handled was so unnecessarily rude when I simply asked what name she just called out for the order. Also the fries were cold and so was my burger even though I picked up immediately after it was packed. My burger was also disgusting (which I have never experience at any of the five guys I’ve ever been to) I will NEVER come back to this one again. I hope the one in cross county is better .

I love the lil cajun fries & the salted caramel milkshake. Fries made fresh and they give you soooooo many. The malt vinegar mixed with ketchup is good too. Staff was nice & the bathroom was clean. Nice location surrounded by so many storesParking: Usually a spot available near the restaurant
