The staff needs to be a lot more friendly and helpful. It seem like they did not want to be at work. You must try the Brussels Sprouts they are to kill for. Although the staff was not to my liking, the food was amazing. A must try at least once.

The shift lead on January 27th . Time being currently 2:39 is very distasteful to the company. His presence makes all customers uncomfortable as he speaks to his employees as his subordinates in front of everyone. The was food good but the manager/ shift lead again was very distasteful. I would like to add that he yelled out from the window to the customers that their were no trays and everything would be packed to go but customers can "still stay if they wanted to" & within mins one of his employees brought some out for him, I watched him wave her off in a nasty manner. I'm not sure if he had a bad day but it was needed for a review.

Great place. Love the food. Missing the haystack onions bring them back. Onion rings are basic and smash burger isn’t ?Vegetarian options: I love the Colorado black bean burger. ?❤️
It is December 28, 2023. I showed up to Smashburger on Boston Road in the Bronx at 9:43 PM. Want to place a order and I was asked if I was picking up and I said no I would like to place an order so he said oh we’re closed for the night and said it says you guys close at 10 o’clock it’s 17 minutes before you guys close and he said oh we’re closing early and I said OK can I speak to the manager and I am going to make a report and he said no problem and I asked what his name was his name was Hakim can you give me a reason why he was closing early. He said we’re closing early. I let him know that I was gonna make a report and he seemed not to care about making a report. I was suggest you never come back to this location because if they’re not gonna operate in the hours of operation , they shouldn’t receive any of my money and I would never come back to this location. It’s so disappointing that the manager turned me away because he wanted to close early and didn’t give a reason why oh the fryers down on machines are not working none of that he just said no we’re closing early. It’s misting right now There’s a little bit of a drizzle no implicate word weather. Very disappointed by the way, his name is Hakeem as least. That’s what he told me he had glasses on, and he told me his name was Hakeem.

Smash Burger is a treat for me. I love the grilled chicken avocado club. I have it with sweet potato fries and a chocolate shake. Their sweet potato fries are the absolute BEST! Their shakes are the absolute BEST! You just must go! It’s Christmas!

I love Smash Burgers food, however, this location always seems understaffed and the food takes too
I don't exactly remember when I went here but, I believe it was around late 2021. Stopped by after checking out what this mall had to offer. I ordered the Avocado Bacon burger with the smash fries and a vanilla milkshake. Loved everything, was served pretty fast. It's just hella expensive, I went with my brother and the total was about $40 for just two people. That's crazy.
No more haystack onions whats even the point.
