First time ordering from this place. I had never heard of Wingstop until watching the viral YouTube video (I work 10 hours...) a few months ago. I really had high hopes. What I disliked the most was the fact that the chicken was overcooked, dry and doesn't seem to have any kind of seasoning. And because it was overcooked, the chicken was also tough. Yes, they provide sauce of your choice to dip, but it just didn't help much. Our order came out to just over $30 and I was extremely disappointed. The french fries were okay, had good taste but so many of them were just clumped and stuck together. Some may like that, but I don't. Our order also included two soft drinks. It is self-serve, they didn't have diet Dr pepper and the diet Coke I chose tasted very diluted. I did not have ice added to my cup.I asked some of my colleagues at work if they had ever ordered from Wingstop. One person had and she experienced a similar issue with overcooked and dry chicken from a different location. Perhaps this is just the Wingstop style? I will try from a different location and see if I experience the same issue, except I won't place such a large order. One things for sure, I will not be craving it like the girl in the video lol...

Robert and Tatiana helped me pick out some amazing choices sometimes I can be indecisive they were very helpful and patient with me and the food was AMAZING !!! Thank you Robert and Tatiana !!!!! Give those 2 a raise ?
They got my order completely wrong. We ordered boneless Parmesan garlic with corn and instead they gave us chicken legs and wings with fries. The bone broke off in my mother's mouth when she bit down on it. The food was nasty as well, had a chemical taste and rubber smell.

Ordered my food & they tell me 15-18 mins, 25 mins later I ask her “can you check on my food” she goes and looks and then says “they are making it right now” another 10 mins go by and I’m like “let me just get a refund”. She realizes my food has been in the counter the whole time & expected me to take it. I checked the food and it was ice cold lol then I realized last time I swore I’ll never come back because my food was so cold and yet I gave it a second chance . I have no idea how they even still have business here. They’ll never get a dollar again, rather spend it at Buffalo Wild Wings ha
