Food is really good if you're dining in. Chef was really funny and the food was good and fresh. I had the hibachi chicken and filet mignon. Very good. However, take out is horrible. We ordered the chicken hibachi again. The fried rice was good but the chicken was rubbery and dry. The veggies were soggy and the soup appetizer tasted like sour water. I will go in the restaurant again but I will be avoiding takeout.

It was my first time going to Yumi's. We actually went to Edo's and it wasn't open just yet so someone suggested there. The food was good and the cook was alright as well but the waitress was not customer service friendly for numerous reasons. Here is one of the few. I asked her could I get a extra onions for my plate. She said they do not give extra onions and did I want a side order. I was like I only want about two extra slices to add to my plate!? Which after going back and forth about the onions for about 2 minutes I said yes. After a very tasty (less than half eaten meal) the bill comes out. There is a charge of $7.95 for onions!!! That was outrageous and I called who I am assuming was the manager and she as well was like we don't give out extra onions. You have to pay for extra vegetables because you get vegetable included in your order. $7.95???? Well needless to say I paid my portion of the bill that included the astronomical price for some onions. What did not happen was a tip! The hostess came over and asked us to give the waitress and the cook a tip because it wasn't included in the bill. The waitress was not good and now I feel sorry I didn't give the cook any thing but I didn't have cash or I would have called him back and put the money in his hand. It's to bad he had to suffer for the waitress inaptness because I would have definitely put the tip on my card for the both of them but alas.....no. That was my first and last time I will be going to Yumi's for lunch.

The food was good. 9/10 I had the shrimp dumpling, and spring rolls for appetizers and Chicken teriyaki with a side of Lo Mein. I liked that there is a separate section to eat if you're not interested in hibachi and having a show in front of you. Only downside was the boba. It was a 0/10 ... disgusting. The tapioca was undercooked and hard. The juice was way too sweet and thick and after letting it sit for a while it starting separating which was quite disturbing to look at.

I popped in the place for takeout after making a quick Bj's trip. 1st off the staff is rude, mannerism was all off not sure if it's a cultural thing. It's a n unpleasant stink when you walk in, the food I give a 4/10, too greasy, Yum Yum sauce is a no go, taste vinegary. I would not return to this place. I wouldn't even Dine in.

It was a very good experience besides they messed up my drink. The drink wasn't bad just not what I ordered. They only had two chefs that day but it was quick. The staff was very nice. They sang me happy birthday and put a Chinese? cap on me. Very good food. Very good restaurant. Very clean bathrooms. Very clean restaurant

Always great food! Always great customer service. I usually eat the hibachi meals. I like it in person and delivery. I would highly recommend this place. It's the best in town to be honest.

This restaurant is welcoming, however, although we were the only ones in the seating section, the service felt rushed. By the time we left, there were several people there at closing so the rushiness was confusing. It made me feel like they were closing but 2 hours later, they were still taking guests. I had the crispy orange beef with brown rice and absolutely do not suggest this. The orange sauce was overtaking the actual meat. The meat was overtaken by the actual /hard batter or crispness. It was like eating chips with sauce. The brown rice was tasteless and was so dry I couldn't swallow it without drinking. I've had Japanese rice and it's been nice, soft and tasty, but not here. As for the drinks, they were good! I wouldn't recommend eating non Hibachi food there I would recommend having drinks at the bar.

I ordered for delivery 3 lunch specials. I received 2 out of the 3 incorrect. The orders were supposed to have hibachi shrimp and 1 of the orders contained steak which was burnt not to mention the vegetables. Overall the food wasn't good but that's not why I'm writing this review. When I called to inform them of the error, they said I asked for the steak well done and because the chef confirmed the shrimp was added the orders were received correct. I spoke to two people and both were rude. This was my 1st time having their food - I would never order from them again. If this is how they treat people who order food for delivery, I can only imagine how they deal with those who eat in their restaurant.
This is a cool place to grab lunch. Nothing really fancy though. The seafood boil is on a different side of the restaurant. The boil is pretty good and they give you an option of sauces to add. I would go back if I couldn't get to Crab du Jour first.

DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible service! They seat way too many people at one table. So that the cooks back is towards you, with no view of the food. No hibachi experience. Then they start bringing out the storage containers while your still eating. Soon as you drop your fork they run over and pick up your plate and start scrapping. No gloves worn at all i was disgusted that the waitress had her thumb directly in my food. I loss my appetite. Over all if you want hibachi in the area go to Edo's. Lastly they aggressively ask for tips, so unprofessional and rude

Really bad customer service I came here tonight to eat with my family and they rushed us out the restaurant. On top of it the food was cold. I wasn't able to sit down to eat hibachi instead I had to sit at a table because the guy in which stated he was the manager started to yell at us that it was late. He is extremely unprofessional and rude. Never coming here again. There's plenty of other hibachi restaurants with better service. Don't COME HERE!
