If I could give it a 0 I would. The night time manager there was so rude when I asked a question. Wegmans should reevaluate who they make manager and who they hire. He was unnecessarily aggressive.

I really like the Penfield Wegmans location! The parking lot is roomy, and I never have trouble finding a spot. The exterior is classic Wegmans design, and the interior is HUGE! They have a vast produce section. Prepared foods has so many delicious fresh and pre-made options (the subs are basically a local delicacy), and there is a beautiful upstairs eatery. In Nature's Market you can find gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, organic products. There is a pharmacy so you can easily pick up medication while you shop. The aisles in this store are nice and wide, and they have some really well done specialty sections and displays. This isn't the store that I normally shop at and it's set up differently than most I've been to, so I often use the Wegmans app to figure out which aisle I want to be in, which is a convenient plus. Employees at Wegmans as always are friendly and helpful. My ONLY complaints about Wegmans stores in general is that they have become a bit pricey with their prepared foods, and it can sometimes be hard to find name brands with certain products. When it comes to shopping though Wegmans has always been my go to because I love the ambiance. :)

I just ate the most horrible chicken wings imaginable. I purchased them just after 4 o'clock this afternoon and they were dried out beyond words. they were so tough you could not eat them without sacrificing your teeth. This is not what I have come to expect from Wegmans given that I have bought these chicken wings on two other occasions in sizable amounts. Someone from that end of the business needs to be checking out the quality of the chicken wings specifically the buffalo wings before leaving them out to dry! To the point: buyer beware!

I bought two pizzas last Friday like I've done every week for a year or more .So last week when I got there I was directed to bakery where I picked up the worst pizza I have ever ordered under cooked center were so undercooked it just fell apart when I complained they told me new ovens were being installed so tonight I figured we were all set.NOT waited 45 min to get the wrong pizza on one and doughy pizza on the other Wegmans has been disappointing in many other ways but this finished me off!

wegmans is known for having everything you've ever wanted to shop for in the grocery store. What I find difficult is finding that special thing that you want to shop for in a grocery store! Went for Christmas and Thanksgiving in both times there wasn't really a lot of people Not wearing a masks as even though the store does not enforce this policy because I find an occasional one or two customers notwearing a mask. Their produce is fresh, and inventory is plentiful! Their policy of 24 hours always opened has changed. In their monopoly on crazy Rochester and a lot of the major cities in every New York state is evident by their followers always going to them before third party stores! Like Tops They definitely do not enforce social distancing as the stores were extremely over crowded!

Stopped in this location after visiting the corn maze in Macedon. The small group I was with was able to get food and the upstairs dining area was reopened so we stayed and dined here. Cleaning practices are in full effect. Can't ever go wrong with Wegmans in my opinion.

I went to the Penfield Wegmans at 10:40 AM on 12 September 2020 to get a flu shot and pick up some groceries. It's bad enough that the only waiting area for a flu shot is in a high-traffic zone, but there are people congregating, shaking hands, and putting on/taking off their masks. After being in this environment for 10 minutes during the middle of a pandemic, I finally gave up and decided to just do my shopping and leave when I saw a woman enter without a mask and continue into the store without it, walking by employees who did nothing. I saw her continuing to shop throughout the store without a mask and brought it to the attention of two different employees, both of whom said they wouldn't do anything about it. Wegmans is actively contributing to coronavirus deaths through its willful choice not to enforce New York State coronavirus precautions. I have filed a complaint with the Monroe County Department of Health about this.
The Penfield Road Wegmans is the main one I shop at since my family lives near it. It's only the first time I've shopped here since March. This was just a quick shop for a few things that they had. The store is always clean, even before Covid, but now they also have sanitizer in several places to use and people wear masks and social distance. They even have a sign to tell people who don't have a mask to go to the desk and they will give you one. I checked out quickly and washed my cart handle and my hands coming in and leaving.

Wegmans cafe is wonderful. There is so much to choose from. There is something for everyone's taste. It is so nice to stop by and grab a bite before you shop or just for a quick meal either to eat at Wegmans or bring home.

The food choices never change. Day in, day out same menu of food. Why do they have chefs walking around? Pizza slice choice never changes. BUT, NO PROBLEM RAISING PRICE. I look and move on. Do your grocery shopping, not your lunch or dinner.

I stopped into Wegmans Market Cafe and picked up a quick dinner for the family. I can always grab something everyone likes, be out in ten minutes and home to happy family members.

I had lunch in here twice this past week, and the food remains very high quality, including the Asian bar and the rest of the hot stuff. I will admit, their salad bar has gone downhill in recent months. They haven’t had their salad shrimp in quite a while, but they no longer have red peppers on their salad bar, and sometimes don’t even have mushrooms. Also gone are the edamame beans, and other selections are sometime missing. This salad bar (and other fast-food bars) of Wegmans are not cheap, but they are good. I recommend it for a quick and tasty lunch if in the area.
