Go elsewhere. I have been a loyal customer for quite some time. I've had very good pizzas consistently. I didn't run into any issues until I recently placed a large order for 5 pies that I ordered 4 hours in advance, so the had plenty of time to prepare it. Well, I've now experienced what happens when you have an issue. Their staff is beyond rude and the owner apparently doesn't care as I submitted feedback directly through the website with zero response. If you don't mind being told that you have an attitude, and if you don't mind that your advanced order is more than 15 mins late to be told it's not even that late, like an hour would be, then you'll be a happy customer. There are plenty of choices for good pizzas in this town where your patronage is actually appreciated.

Perri's provided pizza, wings and exceptional service for our daughters wedding rehearsal. As a pizza party was the special request, Perri's knocked it out-of the park. Megan, Travis, and the entire team went above and beyond to make this night special. 10 out-of 10!!!!!!

Some time ago, I ordered a HUGE pepperoni pizza slice and they weren't kidding when they said huge. It was big enough to be lunch and dinner. Also had really good wings too, and they weren't bashful with the blue cheese either.

Order food around 445 food came and it was good but they forgot a slice of cheese pizza for my grandson called the store and they said they will get it here fast we’ll 30 minutes later still no slice called manager and he said it lifted 5 minutes ago Poor customer service what’s going on with this industry

The local Perri's chain has quickly become my favorite Rochester Pizza. I frequent this one and the one on Long Pond Rd. The pizza is excellent at both. Thinner crust than a lot of Rochester style pizza but not quite NYC style thin crust. Its often just a bit crispy on the bottom, which is much better IMO than soggy or under done crust and is a lot less doughy than other area chains. This local is mostly a pick-up delivery location. The one on Long Pond is good for a lunch break. The $5 slices are terrific. They are not stingy like some competitors have become. Toppings and sauce are good too. My favorite local pizza.
The service at this location is completely inept. It's clear they have minimal customer service experience in dealing with issues. I would recommend looking somewhere else.

They always offer cheese, pepperoni, and buffalo chicken slices and at lunch they offer several specialty slices (different every day) which are always fun. The slices are huge and are essentially bigger than a meal but are only $5.50. It's really the best deal around for a delicious, big, filling lunch. The staff is really great. They are always friendly and willing to help out.
Disappointing location serving middle of the road pizza. Perri's, in general, is no better or worse than Salvatore's and Mark's. All three are just over priced step nephew's 8th birthday party "meh it's pizza" vibes. The one thing Perri's has going for it is slicemania. Weird topping combos on a $5 slice...except this location. Walk in 2 min after opening they don't have any made. Walk in during a Wednesday lunch time they dont have any weird slices. They always have the soggy acidic bland red sauced chesse and / or pepperoni next to the oily buffalo chicken. Never a weird slice at this location. It really makes me miss Guida's. The best thing on the menu is the side of blue cheese. They serve the Ken's Buffalo style blue cheese. That's why I gave them 2 stars.

Ordered a sheet pizza for delivery and it ended up missing a topping completely. It wasn't a complicated order and it was actually really disappointing. They did offer a credit to rectify the situation which is nice, but I don't usually order from Perris and would have rather just been credited for the topping that was missing.The pizza nevertheless was still pretty good, and the wings were fantastic.

Asked for a refund on my wings because there was no sauce when I asked for mediums and we got drum sticks when we asked for all flats. I was told I could not have a refund because the kitchen said they sauced them. So not only did I not get what I ordered but I was also accused of lying.
