Fantastic. Cozy place off of five mile line rd. Good sized parking lot in the back. We had the stuffed French toast(delicious) and the weekend special jerk chicken breakfast bowl(also delicious). They used a sturdy bread for the French toast so it still had some structure when biting into it. The jerk breakfast bowl came with potatoes, peppers and onions, 2 eggs any way, chicken and jerk sauce. It was so flavorful and great sized portion. The staff was very friendly and personable. Especially Andre. We will definitely be back!

Food was good. Poached eggs, potato pancakes, bacon, regular pancakes - all good. The home fries were disappointing. They *look* fantastic on the menu, but are meh for flavor. Kind of flavorless.Service was good. Drinks right away. Did not wait long for the bill. One star off the the credit card penalty. And that's what it is - a penalty. They process the card right at the table so it's more efficient for them, but still charge you more.

Spoke with Andre I believe, after another diner wasn't able to accommodate our larger party(10 people).. The staff whipped us up a table in a separate room in their second floor space, not usually in use, in just a few short minutes, because the rest of the restaurant was packed... then proceeded to take care of/deal with our loud hectic group with great professionalism... Andre made a great suggestion of a jamaican jerk chicken breakfast bowl that 3 of our party enjoyed greatly... every single thing was excellent.... do yourself a favor, check this place out for sure!!! We will definitely be back!!

My best friend and I went there and we were pleasantly surprised. If you are in a hurry it isn’t a p ok ace to go if you are in a hurry. We had to wait a bit of time to be waited on and get are food. It was well worth the wait because the food is made fresh and homemade and one of the best breakfast I have ever had. I loved the quaint atmosphere and we definitely will be going back. What an absolute delight. The owner and son are very gracious people.

My cousin and I arrived around noon, we both asked for ice tea but we were told they ran out. The hostess said our server would be right over. There was only about 8 or 9 people in the Cafe but we waited over 20 minutes so we decided to leave. We walked past the hostess and a server and no one asked why we were leaving. We went to Roseys and had a great lunch, obviously I will never go back

This was our first time trying the 5 mile Cafe. We orderedBreakfast Take Out.The Food was Excellent and we were Very Happy with our order. The Eggs were Light and Fluffy, just the way we like them. The Homefries and Bacon along with the Bagel was Cooked Perfectly and The Stuffed French Toast was Delightful. When we picked up our order, the environment seemed Friendly and Positive and the Staff Welcoming and Accomodating. We Definitely will be Ordering Again and will Consider 5 Mile as a possible Venue for any Future Events. We are very Happy We Tried it!☺️

Located in a charming old village home... treat yourself to something different. This little spot is the kitchen that cares, offering inspirational quotes and food that is very good. Fresh and flavorful (with hints of Jamaican roots - these tastes are very subtle). Consider a wrap or sandwich with homemade chips. Prices are fair and portions good with healthier selections. I'm going back soon.

Great ambiance and service. The Cobb salad and stuffed pancakes were mediocre and uninspiring.

My first time visiting and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. The staff was so attentive and kind. However, the thing that would make me a return customer was the mother/owner Ms. Lilith who has such a beautiful, genuine and kind spirit. Her hospitality and kindness is unmatched and genuinely received. I definitely will return.

Don't underestimate this charming little spot! The food and service are excellent. I got the latkes (yum) and my friends raved about the crab cakes benny (real crab) and lox (shown in photo)! They make their own hot sauce which has tons of flavor.
