“I recently was in the area for a function for the week and was looking for a locally owned and run place not one of the chains that we are know. I stopped in January 23rd amd 25th and am so glad I did. It is small and very inviting. The staff was very welcoming and answered my numerous questions. I very much like the variety of unique menu items they have. The food was great. A wonderful experience all the way around. I will be back for sure. This place is a gem.”

“I'll start by saying the food was delicious and the staff were extremely nice. It's the best pizza my family has had in the area and the closest we've had to NYC pizza.Order: We ordered the Bella Grey and the New Yorker.Flavor: The New Yorker was simple but delicious with bits of roasted garlic. I like garlic and would like more roasted garlic than the bits that were on there, but the flavor was still good. The bread also tastes like bread rather than cardboard that seems to be common in the area. The Bella Grey was good, but it came with Alfredo sauce that seemed a bit light on the parmesan. Toppings were a bit spread, but it seems like either a little more toppings or more parmesan would have fixed that.Crust: The dough in the center gave in when picked up and the dough closer to the edge of the crust was more solid. I would like more toppings, but I understand that the pizza wouldn't hold together. For those that care about the toppings sliding off, you would need a thicker dough. With that said, the slice held together when folded which solves most issues with NYC style pizzas. I personally don't care if the crust can hold everything, I will always prefer more toppings.Quality: There seems to be some care put into the dough in terms of how the dough was made and how it's cooked. A stone oven is used and the result is a crust that tastes like bread.Staff: The staff were friendly over the phone and in store. Over the phone they were asked if we had ordered from them before, explained their restaurant, and mentioned their 'A' health inspection rating. In store, they explained how they made the pizzas which is what sets them apart from the other pizzarias. The owner also mentioned that if we wanted to get our pizza extra crispy, we just needed to ask. The crispiness is made to order.Despite my concerns with flavor, everything else made the experience a good one. I rounded my score up to a five since I can't give it a 4.7 and giving a rating of 4.0 wouldn't be fair in this case.I will be ordering from here again.”

“My time at this restaurant was enjoyable and pleasant! My sister and I got only appetizers and lentil soup to share among the both of us. We got Chili pakoras, potato tikki, potato samosas, and steamed idly. All these things were delicious but our ultimate favorite was the potato tikki. My own slight disappointment was that on their website they advertised having dosas when they actually do not. Besides that this restaurant is amazing! Staff was amazing just like their food! :)”

“This is our 3rd time eating there. They knocked it out of the park. Started with homemade rolls with garlic butter. Dinner came with a choice of salad or soup. My wife got the beef vegetable which was delicious. I was going to get the same but their salads looked to good to pass. It was loaded. Dinner didn't take too long and was delicious. I got the Italian trio. Chicken parm, lasagna, eggplant parm with pasta. My wife got linguini in lemon garlic sauce. Delicious. Both with huge portions.”

“This is now under new management and is called Fireside by the River and we have eaten here now a few times in the last month. The food was absolutely amazing. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the flavor was out of this world. The French Onion soup, scallops, crab cakes and shrimp and grits were all out of this world. Great selection of cocktails and the service was top notch.This is a must try if you have not yet! Highly recommend!”

“This place is super cool! We stayed here for the night through Harvest Hosts. We ended up having a beer flight and hanging out. It was trivia night, which was busy, but we had great service. The flight was delicious and I took a crowler home. They do have a food truck onsite, but only for certain hours. There are food options nearby. We had a great time! Thank you!”
