“Best place near Phoenicia. Always had lot of fun there. Best Pizza and lot of choices for draft beers!!!It has become a routine to stop by this place whenever I’m around Phoenicia. ?Parking: Parking is by the side of restaurant and we mostly park on the street infront of the place.“

“Visited while on weekend getaway with wife. Atmosphere was great, service was also very good and friendly. I ordered the tomahawk steak cooked rare, it care with broccoli rabe and potatoes. It was one of best steaks I have ever eaten! Drinks were also great and waitress was super friendly. We had a great time and will be back when in area again!“

“Funny, the first thing I thought of before writing this was how nervous I was about getting back to our hotel in Athens b/c I had NO service/no GPS in this woodsy enclave. But it all turned out OK once we started driving away from one of the best nights we'd had in a long time. First of all: take the "no reservations" policy seriously. Get there early if it's suitable for you. It also means that once you grab a table, it's not yours for the night. Fair enough and true to hospitable form the staff will find a spot for you & take care of you (we ended up sharing a table with a super nice local couple, and we had so much to talk about before & after the music). We went there to see Don Byron (!!!) with an exceptional band. 5 feet in front of me and no phones, just people listening & absorbing, not phone filming. A nice change from the stadium concerts of the summer. Burger was excellent; yes, the waiter was correct in suggesting the double. Fries could have been more crunchy but that's a minor quibble. Good drinks & beer selection. Super charming spot, wonder what it's like in the Lodge? may have to come back to find out.“

“This is your local dive bar. But the local people where friendly and helpful and telling us best places to go to eat and stay. Stop in around 4 and meet the regulars. They serve food but refrigerator was broken so unable to serve when we was there. Will be stopping in again when I go back up.“
