I have spent thousands of dollars at this restaurant and I’ve taken at least 25 people to it as well. I called and ordered a chick Laki, and an order of hummus. The girl repeated it back to me which she said chicklaki, I said correct. After she totaled it up for me she repeated again, “ OK one Chiklaki salad and one hummus to go for Cullen?” I said “correct.” I come home. I open it up and it’s steak. I called to let them know that I would be over for the chicken and I would be bringing the steak back. I go back expecting them to give me the salad for free for the inconvenience and for me being such a generous customer! The manager ( she knows me well from how often I’ve been there) she starts ringing up the salad. I asked” you’re not gonna do anything for me for this mistake, I understand mistakes happen, I make them all the time myself, all the money that I’ve spent in here all of the people that I’ve brought here and you’re not even gonna give me that salad for free? for the inconvenience of having to come back here? “She ignored me and then I even brought THAT to her attention “I said oh and now you’re ignoring me as well?”. She said “I’m not ignoring you. I’ll give you a baklava” . I said “I don’t want dessert. I want the salad at no charge for the inconvenience of having to come back here. “SO DISAPPOINTED WITH HER!!!!

At Erie Canal the view is amazing and can't wait to see it in summer. Service and atmosphere are great. And most importantly the food is delicious, with stunning presentation, and the portions are satisfying.

The staff was very attentive, and the food was delicious. We were very pleased with the dolmades, but the chicken vegetable soup is phenomenal. We ended up buying two to go, to share with the rest of the family.
Good Greek and vegitarian options on the menu, sat outside on the canal-facing balcony and watched boats go by with my spouse. Really enjoyable long-standing eatery, worth checking out if you like those Mediterranean flavors.
Called for a catering request for a very large number of guests. Lady was extremely rude and unhelpful. Very sad because their food is excellent.
