Love the Gelato and the coffee! This place is a gem! We always stop here when we're in town.

surprised at the amount of ice cream for the high price, would not have been quite so bad if I had liked the taste. not good

What a neat little spot. The hazelnut gelato was delicious, and the folks behind the counter were polite and jokes around about the ducks outside. The ducks were a little pushy about food, but honestly, the gelato was good enough its hard to blame them ;-) Absolutely perfect end to a savory meal elsewhere in the area!

We were excited to get gelato along the canal. First red flag, no tastes. Hmmm, why? Well, we got two cups with two flavors each. None of the flavors were very good. The coconut has almost zero coconut flavor. The chocolate was very muted. The BlackBerry had the best flavor, but even that was not strong. And the lemon was just ok. I like my lemon to make my lips pucker! Should have ridden to the Pittsford dairy, in fact, we are headed there now...

The experience I had was two standard deviations from the norm, and I would highly discourage people from supporting this coffee shop or the owner. I was greeted with misogyny, dominance, and overall privileged behavior .The cost of the coffee is quite high, a flat white at $5.25 which is about $1-2 higher than tier 1 cities flat white at artisan coffee shops. As I questioned the cost of the coffee to have healthy discourse and conversation, I was instead responded by a man with a fragile ego who clearly needed to show dominance instead of being questioned. He used illogical statements to include SF's homelessness issues which do not correlate with the cost differences between a tier 1 and tier 3 city.Buyer beware, there are better options and better owners in the local coffee market.

I wish I could try the Gelato, the business is not open (Google says they are).

Great coffee with several non-milk alternatives, a view of the canal, and 3 vegan ice cream options.

Owner (guy) is not welcoming Asian customer. Felt extremely bad after got treated differently compared to customer ahead of me who are white.
