Waitress was rushed and inattentive. We have eaten here several times before and always liked it. This time the food was mediocre at best, but really very poor. Easter brunch was ruined for us. Omelets were overdone and tasteless. Corned beef hash was mushy and under-cooked. Toast was literally burnt. Waitress was nowhere to be seen most of the time; granted restaurant was very busy. We will not return. Hyatt needs to know their signature restaurant at this hotel has gone downhill.

The place is beautiful, and it’s a nice formal atmosphere. However the food could have been better, especially for the price. I had the scallop special and it was overcooked, very rubbery but everything else on the dish was great! My boyfriend had the salmon and was cooked great but lacked flavor. The service was great and overall it was good experience. Also do not get the charcuterie board, it was pretty bad with low quality items.

Great placement on the canal. Food, service, and ambiance was amazing.... I had lunch today and I will definitely be returning for dinner on another day cause I'm stuffed. Thank you for having us. Be back soon.

Once you locate the restaurant, you are in for a treat. This is located behind the hotel and totally unmarked. We didn’t realize that it is PART OF the hotel and there is no signage at the direct entrance to it. (We did note a sign at the street indicating that it was located within that particular complex). Excellent in all categories except for short period of time when the music playing was loud and not in keeping with the otherwise peaceful ambiance. Best sweet potato fries I have ever had. EVER!!

The steaks here will compete with any steak house so don't hesitate on ordering one. Erie Grill, although in a hotel, could easily stand on its own as a place to eat. Menu is well rounded and daily specials add a flair to the choices. The server was excellent and attentive although the bar tenders here always seem slow. OpenTable didnt show any reservations before 7:30 but when we got there, the place was empty and they said it was a slow night so Im not sure why that happened.

Dropped by for our Valentine's dinner. Our server, Leah was awesome! You want to know how awesome Leah was? I think she has eyes in the back of her head, as soon as my glass was close to being empty she would come by and refill it.I was like, it's ok I got it, and she was like, no, you,'ve had a long week, let me pour it. I said, no, and took the bottle and she grabbed the bottle back and said, people are starting to stare at you. We both laughed.Karate chop with sound effects for The Erie Grill! Try 'em out!

Amazing food. Completely elevated menu items. Things that seem simple such as chips and dip or salad were created in such a beautiful way. Highly recommend checking this place out. I will be a frequent visitor

Food arrived cold and it was delayed massively. Just a bad experience overall. Won't be back.

Came in with my wife for lunch and the place had around 10 people total in it (mind you, it's a fairly large restaurant). The host placed us at a table that was essentially shared with two elderly ladies. Our table was about 1.5ft from theirs, even though there were 30+ open tables. After 20 mins of trying to talk with two older people loudly talking over us, we asked for the check and left. Weird experience. Would definitely not go back. Food was very lackluster too.

Surprisingly the food was a little bland. Our server was great.

Chairs are way too low for tables & too heavy. Change of design & fabrics on booth backs & carpets are not as pleasant as the ones before.Parking: Need more handicapped spots

A beautiful venue. The most comfortable chairs too! We were able to have a relaxing breakfast and conversation. Granted the restaurant was not busy but I've dined here before and it's not noisy. Our server was excellent.

We had a fantastic dinner on New Years Eve. Service at the bar and restaurant was amazing. Very friendly, informative and professional. Beautiful atmosphere! If you're going to put meatloaf on the menu at a fine dining restaurant, it better be good and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely amazing!!

Nice restaurant. Pretty ambience . Was New Year's Eve so menu was smaller, not sure if they have different ones other days . Waitstaff was nice and friendly. The cost was a lot for what we had . And we had no alcohol either . Unfortunately I can see many restaurant prices getting worse due to increases in everything across the board. It's not going to get any better .
