, not eat any food. The menu looks interesting, though. Had a couple beers. Bartender was good.

Came here with a large group and ended up trying a bunch of stuff. For apps, the shrimp tostada and crab dip were alright. The salmon salad was rather simple, but the salmon was cooked very well. Everyone raves about the chicken n waffles. I had a N.A. Negroni, which is basically a 0 proof liquor, with botanicals and I was quite impressed. Service was pretty good.

Tried to stop by and eat lunch there Fri, Sept 29. It was after the lunch hour and there were open tables outside on a beautiful day. We asked the hostess to seat the seven of us outside. We were sternly told that no parties more than six were allowed outside and that we would need to eat inside. Not to be deterred, we asked if we could be seated at tables of four and three and each table would pay their own tab. The hostess seemed perturbed and immediately responded that that wasn't allowed and we could either eat inside or go someplace else. So, we went across the street to Simply Crepes who were happy to have us and gave us excellent service and wonderful food. Five stars for them!!!

Usually great experience! Friday evening took 45 minutes for us to get drinks. Over 2 hours to receive food. Food was dry all 4 meals ordered bacon with the chicken and waffles was told after I received the food there was no more bacon. Just over all poor service and food for the money. Great atmosphere drinks delicious, once we received them everything else poor service for the price. When you pay over $200 for a dinner I expect better service and food!!

Went here for a birthday 'celebration' last night and had the worst meal ever. Ordering the 'special' Moroccan Shrimp on pasta was a mistake. All 3 of us found the taste very off-putting (combo of the spices and the pomegranate molasses sauce) and the shrimp were chewy and overcooked, the pasta was mush. We had also ordered bread (extra charge) and both kinds were stale and dry. The only good thing about this meal was the service and the chicken wings. Our poor waitress kept apologizing and spoke to the chef, who comped us 1 $26 shrimp meal and the bread But would you think the chef or the manager would show up to apologize or hear our complaint? No. Very disappointing and we won't be back for dinner again. Will give it another try for drinks or lunch, because we have been here before and been satisfied.

We got the green fried tomato appetizer to start with. The tomato was way over fried. We got our entrees and both of them were visibly burnt to the point that the chicken wing was completely black. All I can say is don’t waste your time or money and go to Olives across from them. Their food is absolutely delicious

Last evening was my second time dining at Label 7. Years ago, I recalled not being impressed by the meal either, but was hoping for an improved-upon experience, that was met with complete disappointment. My guest and I both ordered salads with the addition of proteins, and bread for starters. Our bread appetizer was stale, rock hard, cold bread. If you're charging $8 for bread please don't serve oversized croutons that should've been turned into breadcrumbs. My guest and I agreed that we've never left bread to be discarded- if a woman orders her carbs, she wants her carbs (lol.) When our salads arrived at the table our eyes met with the "really?" look. The salads were quite honestly a side salad, charged as an entree. A small, square, shallow plate. I expressed to the server that my salad tasted good, but that my chicken was completely over cooked, dry, and cold. It was clearly pre-cooked, refrigerated, microwaved, then placed onto my greens. My guest found hair in her salmon. The meal was over at this point, and we both wished we had left sooner so we wouldn't have to pay the bill. I had a busy day at work and didn't have time for lunch, so I was hungry enough to finish my salad, as unamused with it as I was. My guest's bill was thankfully wiped clean other than her drink. Because of that, and the server being completely sweet and understanding, my rating is a 2 instead of a 1. Our server was great- zero issue with service. I had the full bill. $8 rock bread, $20 side salad with dry, cold chicken, and $9 wine. We wished we went across the way to Olives instead, and you should, too. Our server apologetically asked that we come back for a better return, but we couldn't say that we would. The atmosphere is beautiful. The wine selection is beautiful. The servers are experienced, polite, attentive. I hope Label 7 reassesses their kitchen / quality control / expo in the future.

Good service and good food in nice atmosphere. A bit pricey for my taste. Expect drinks to be over $12 and portions to be just enough. Could use some good updates to the menu choices.

Went on a late Saturday, so the place was not busy. They have bar seating, dining and outdoor seating. The staff was very kind and attentive as we were the only who dined inside at a table. I hadn't looked at the menu before hand, it was a select lunch selection (1130-4). So ended up with a $6 plate of crusty bread. The herb butter was fab. Happy hour is at 4 at the bar area only. The bathroom was nice and spacious but the small hall between the men and women was tight. Everything was clean and spacious. The area is surrounded by lots of shops and of course the Ny famous Erie Canal.Parking: The area has a lot of shops but there was plenty of parking in walking distance.Wheelchair accessibility: The dining area inside is wheelchair accessible but not sure about the bar as there was a flight of stairs to get up. Bathroom access is probably not though (unless there is another one I wasn't aware of)

Had lunch here for first time yesterday. Sat outdoors. Weather cooperated and service was excellent. Food quality was good but I'm not one partial to a Napa Valley eclectic menu, especially in Pittsford NY. I think it is more geared towards a younger crowd mostly female, who enjoy such a menu. I like a hearty traditional American menu, not salads and wraps. Just my preference as my Turkey wrap had too much feta or blue cheese. Couldn't tell really. The potato chips were nothing spectacular. I would have preferred an option of macaroni or potato salad, vole slaw or fries, overall a nice place outside for lunch. Interior looked pleasant as well. I won't be back but that's just because it's not the food selection I am looking for. I'm sure others would find it more than satisfying to their palettes. Not a place for a traditional club sandwich, burger or fish fry!!

Insanely slow service which is a bummer given it's a nice location. Lunch on a Friday, restaurant more than half empty, small order and so far it's been 45 minutes of waiting at the table. Empty glasses all around.

Completely overpriced app. We ordered their snack board and it was so tiny and ridiculous. It felt silly sitting with friends and snacking on the two cheeses and two meats that were on the plate.
