Great placement on the canal. Food, service, and ambiance was amazing.... I had lunch today and I will definitely be returning for dinner on another day cause I'm stuffed. Thank you for having us. Be back soon.

The steaks here will compete with any steak house so don't hesitate on ordering one. Erie Grill, although in a hotel, could easily stand on its own as a place to eat. Menu is well rounded and daily specials add a flair to the choices. The server was excellent and attentive although the bar tenders here always seem slow. OpenTable didnt show any reservations before 7:30 but when we got there, the place was empty and they said it was a slow night so Im not sure why that happened.

Amazing food. Completely elevated menu items. Things that seem simple such as chips and dip or salad were created in such a beautiful way. Highly recommend checking this place out. I will be a frequent visitor

Came in with my wife for lunch and the place had around 10 people total in it (mind you, it's a fairly large restaurant). The host placed us at a table that was essentially shared with two elderly ladies. Our table was about 1.5ft from theirs, even though there were 30+ open tables. After 20 mins of trying to talk with two older people loudly talking over us, we asked for the check and left. Weird experience. Would definitely not go back. Food was very lackluster too.

A beautiful venue. The most comfortable chairs too! We were able to have a relaxing breakfast and conversation. Granted the restaurant was not busy but I've dined here before and it's not noisy. Our server was excellent.

We had a fantastic dinner on New Years Eve. Service at the bar and restaurant was amazing. Very friendly, informative and professional. Beautiful atmosphere! If you're going to put meatloaf on the menu at a fine dining restaurant, it better be good and it did not disappoint. It was absolutely amazing!!

Nice restaurant. Pretty ambience . Was New Year's Eve so menu was smaller, not sure if they have different ones other days . Waitstaff was nice and friendly. The cost was a lot for what we had . And we had no alcohol either . Unfortunately I can see many restaurant prices getting worse due to increases in everything across the board. It's not going to get any better .

My first time going here! 12/27/23 9:15AM I came to meet up with a sibling who I haven't seen in years! What was supposed to be a celebration ? turned out to be a very unpleasant event. I am a former Marriott employee and I made the mistake of assuming that our service would be above & beyond seeing as how this restaurant is at a Marriott property. The food was great! I got the brioche French toast. The waitress was terrible. From the time we arrived to the time we departed Stay away from the red headed, pale skinned, lifeless server. We received no friendliness from her during the entire meal. She did not crack a smile once. We had to ask for water. Her whole attitude came off as she didn't want to serve us. She was extremely lifeless & put no effort into serving us She came off as just wanting to “get it over with”. We noticed that she perked up a little when she served the table of white people one table down from us. Being a person of color, we notice these things! The other waitress was much nicer and even wisher her table a happy new year. Our server barely told us to have a good day. This experience was absolutely TERRIBLE & I really hope she quits & stops making everyone else miserable with her!! Oh yeah and I don't know her name cuz she didn't have a name tag!! The food was great The seats were small!! Not everyone has small little hips. Very uncomfortable!

Unfortunately a terrible experience- was told ahead of time after buying several spa treatments a few days prior that the dinner menu would be available- It was not and we were placed at a table near the kitchen while the majority of the restaurant was empty- We had flys at our table and around the food the entire meal- spoke to the waitress several times and she said she would alert the manager- The manager that was there during this our holiday meal said nothing and didn't even come over to the table- even after we were the only guests left - Pathetic - and embarrassing to say the least.

Nice place! Breakfast menu is good but overpriced. Omelett with mushrooms and goat cheese is 19.00 But if you are looking for pretty place to meet with your loved ones, this is it!

The food was amazing and the restaurant was beautiful. I had the salmon, my husband had the duck pasta and our friends had the halibut and the wagyu beef meatloaf. All were out of this world! The only complaint I have is that the noise level made it very hard to hear, which was unfortunate. We had to practically shout to talk to each other. We will go back, hopefully on a quieter night.

Our food was delicious. Our server was very nice. My only complaint was realizing my special was $70 when receiving the check. It was described as the same as another entree on the menu, except for a difference in the meat. I did not expect the price to be different as well. Either way, I paid and tipped 20% and did not complain. I don't think I should have to ask the price when a special is presented. Especially when it is SO much more than anything else on the menu. But I will next time! This was otherwise a wonderful evening that would have been marred by nitpicking the bill after the fact at the table.

Lovely atmosphere, great food, good value! This is an elegant location with a beautiful view for lunch that doesn't break the bank . I previously thought of it as only a special occasion Restaurant, but now i hope to visit more often.

Vegetables were all tough, poorly selected and under cooked. Meats, seafood and salads were great. Carrot cake seemed like it was likely frozen since it was delayed in arriving ice cold on arrival.

We had a wonderful dinner at Erie Grill for my birthday. We sat with the view of the Erie Canal and watched the sunset in the distance. It was a beautiful night. The food was excellent. I love a restaurant that has a good Mocktail service was great. I think the waiter knew we were there for a celebration, and did not feel rushed, which sometimes you can fill out a busy restaurant on a Saturday night overall wonderful night
