No one would open the doors when it was open and we waved and they ignored us. We had to go through drive through instead. They were not friendly taking our order. The food could have been much hotter. It was barely warm.

We came with our family during a busy time for lunch. The drive thru line was very long. When we walked in, there were only two employees working at that time; they were hustling! Our service was still very friendly, the food quality was great, and we had no issues.I accidently left my credit card at the table. I didn't notice it was not in my wallet until that night. After review, I remembered the last time I used it was at this Tim Horton's location. I called my credit card company to report. They told me that it was locked earlier so there weren't any fraudulent charges. It came to our attention that one of the employees (I believe her name is Kari) found my card and immediately called the 800# on the back to lock it for us. The next day, I went in to retrieve the card.I am so grateful that there are kind people in this world. We are very fortunate to have my "lost" credit card end up in the right hands. We appreciate this gesture and are very grateful.Beside this, we also had a great experience at this restaurant. I disagree with a lot of these 1-3 Star reviews.Great location. Wonderful staff.Thank you Bushnell's Basin Tim Hortons!

I try to support my local businesses. Time and time again I am let down with this location. The drive thru is always SUPER slow, food is never correct & most importantly..my morning coffee order wasn't correct.They lack staff, food items & seem to be consistently overwhelmed by having customers. Being the only drive thru in the small town I would expect them to be prepared for high volume. Sadly they aren't & I will now drive out of my way & down the road to their competitors to get my morning joe.

I stopped by this location (drive-thru) after reading reviews that the front door was often locked. I ordered a pumpkin spice latté and asked the server if there would be eat-in opportunities this weekend (I was hoping to meet an out of town friend here). I was enthusiastically told “Yes!”End results?*My latte was delivered without pumpkin spice flavoring. I had already driven away before figuring this out.* I made arrangements to meet my friend here Sunday morning at 11:15.* The door was LOCKED Sunday morning as other reviewers have griped. I knocked until someone came to the door. “We don’t have enough servers to open.” There were at least 3 servers on duty.* My friend arrived by Uber, we piled his stuff into my car and drove up the street to Starbucks. The place was mobbed with people—almost every seat taken, and easily 12+ people waiting for orders. Constant traffic while we were there (~1.5 hours). Clearly they knew better than to waste their time at Tim Horton’s.

This is the most convenient location for me but I will drive to the next exit on the highway to avoid it. The girls that work here act like you are troubling them to just want to order. Horrible customer service. They have also gotten my order wrong several times.

Went there around 11 am, dining room was not busy but the drive thru was very busy. We understood and waited patiently, with our hungry two year old, but we are not even greeted by the TWO employees that were working. Not even a “sorry we are super busy, we’ll be right with you” or “please wait a few minutes” no greeting at all, we waited for fifteen minutes without ever being acknowledged at all, so we had to walk out!
