I usually stop here on my way to work for coffee, muffins, or some other breakfast item. One thing that this particular location desperately needs is roll down, tinted window shades. This time of year, winter, with the sun being in the southern hemisphere, this Dunkin location is brutal to stop at.

Worker was pleasant at Dunkin Donurs location in Plainview. I asked for a bottle of water and initially she reached for the room temperature one on display and then put it back. Seems there's a fridge with cold one off to the side. I bought a sandwich donuts and one of their really good blueberry muffins . I saw a young girl slipping on the wet messy floor behind the counter. (See pix) . Workers all we're working and keeping busy. One of the many DD around standardly good .

I'm a newer customer of the location but they are so much better than the 587 location down the road. The ovens are in top notch or should I say working condition where I've never received anything under cooked like the other location. They know a lot of people by name here and I know this area/clientele needs that

This DD is open late and the staff is great. They made my coffee perfectly. I couldn't put it down.
I would certainly recommend this Dunkin’ over the one in Old Bethpage. This on usually has better food and the different types of Donuts for each holidays as well as Hot Chocolate. I’ve never had any problems here and highly recommended!

They need to train the people there better if they are going to be at the cash register. What’s the point of me spending money to get points and use the app and redeem offers if their employees don’t know anything about their system. Literally worst experience ever, made me late to work, line started getting long, I was getting yelled at. You would expect more people to be working in the morning rush hour. Please put better trained people behind the cash register. Love Dunkin, wish they would be more considerate to people that use their app.

Visited on a Friday at 1pm. Staff were super friendly and nice. Drink was made perfect how I requested and the sandwich was cooked perfect. No complaints and since I visit many different locations across the Island this one definitely sticks out as one of the better ones I've come across! Will definitely visit this location again!
