This Dunkin Donuts was running very well under the previous management. The staff that has remained is amazing but they are overworked and not recognized in particular Carmen and Raika. I will not give money to somewhere employing new workers constantly complaining. A customer shouldn't have to listen to that the entire visit. The meat is under cooked so I'm not spending money on breakfast anymore just coffee. Also, they have a lemon loaf and it was frozen when I received it. Also, the music is horrible. It was much better with it off. I must have spent thousands a year, not any more.

This is the best dunkin' donuts in the area. I can always count on this location to be speedy, efficient and kind. My go to Starbucks. Ways better than the one in the Plainview Shopping Centre. If your looking for quick, nice service this is the place. Staff super sweet.

Walked in for a mobile order pick up. They got my order wrong and skipped an item. Medium cappuccino was more like small cappuccino in a medium cup, half empty.

I went there for a Ice cream cake and was hoping for a little help from their staff, since it was a themed party and cake needed. Sales staff was more interested in talking to each other and using their cell phones. The cake did turn out OK when I picked it up 2 days later. The staff that day was not aware that there was a special order to be picked up. I made them look for it. They did finally find it. And, it was delicious and really pretty. The reason I gave them a 4th star was their coffee prices there are better than many other area Dunkin locations.
