We waited over 1/2 hour last night with a reservation but the manger Adam was so terrific in updating us and making sure we were happy and well taken care of that I’d didn’t matter. I highly recommend this restaurant for large groups. Everyone enjoyed their food very much and the service too.

Very happy with the quality of the food, the choices and the value. The food could have been hotter. Other than that, we were very satisfied with our dinner experience and will definitely be back.

I have always left this restaurant satisfied. The food I would say is very good to excellent. The atmosphere is usually very busy but it's not so loud you can't carry on a conversation without raising your voice. I've been here about a dozen times the last 3-4 years and I'm more impressed than ever with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff. This of course reflects on the ownership. If you have reasonable expectations I assure you, you will not be disappointed.

I have been here many times but today was a disappointing experience. Came in for lunch, there was no one really in the restaurant and the order still didn't come out right. The manager did come to apologize but the new order of food was still bad and less the original. Not a good day for this restaurant.

Great atmosphere. But to be honest, the food sucks. Mcdonalds is way better and alot cheaper ?. Service was slow and the staff acted as if they didnt even want our party there. ? Never again.

Disappointing. From the outside, this place looks very promising. Though stylish and modern, the inside atmosphere was underwhelming. not at all a "scene" we were expecting, almost entirely 60s+ crowd with generic elevator music. As for the food, the calamari was fried beyond recognition and the fra diavolo was just marinara with red pepper flakes. definitely skip the minestrone, tastes like low sodium Progresso. The prociutto pizza was boring, flavorless, cheap and oily yet somehow still dry. but the worst dish of the night was the rigatoni with short rib. we expected a short rib ragu but this was a bowl of overcooked pasta swimming in brown gravy with a hunk of meat, glob of ricotta and pulverized broccoli rabe on top. the entire dish was soggy and the flavors were beyond bland. every dish could have benefitted from salt, but that would not have saved it. don't be fooled by the design, this place is a definite miss. best admired from the ShopRite across the parking lot, which is 5 star.

This was our first visit and it couldn't gone any better. it was a large open area and we were seated quickly, given bread, and given ample time to review the extensive menu by Eric, our server. We ordered and both were pleased by our pasta selections and how quickly them came. Later we shared carrot cake, a special for the evening. it was a big portion and we both enjoyed. We will come again soon.

Service was atrocious. Waitress disappeared for 30 minutes without taking our order. Got our food about 80 minutes after we sat down. Food was so-so. They even botched my order. I will not be returning.

I have been here several times . For lunch and dinner. Everything has always been great . I recommend it highly. The pizza alone is worth the trip. Just like the NYC pizza. Great service. Terrific cocktails and desserts.

We had a very good dinner. Our waitress was a sweetheart with a great personality. Our only complaint was a male waiter/busboy who repeatedly knocked into my chair as he was walking past. And pretty hard too! didn't think anything of it the first couple of times but I finally said something after the 6th time.

As always, they don't disappoint with the food. But, once again, the service was not good. Our server was friendly but clearly overwhelmed and forgetful. We ordered a bottle of white wine. She brought it to us without the wine chiller. She said she would be right back with it. Never happened so we asked her again. Never came back with it. We finally asked another server who wasn't even assigned to our table. He went and got it right away. The wine was pretty warm at this point. We asked for salt and pepper three times but never got it. We got our salad to split because they're always pretty big. It was delicious but we weren't given any plates to eat it off of. We had to use our bread plates. We're not very demanding customers but this was ridiculous. We'll stick to just ordering the food in from the Woodbury location. This was the 2nd time we went and the service was lousy.

I've been here many times and everything is good, food, service, etc. I drive for a Sr. facility and made reservations for 8 widows (ages 80s/90s) for Mon Mar 18th at 430pm. Specifically chose Mon. early evening when business is slow. In the past, there has never been a problem with separate checks at other restaurants. This time they were told NO. I went up to the front desk and spoke to a clean shaven young gent who told me separate checks are impossible because the computer can't process it for that size party. When these elderly ladies got the check for over $300 they were having a hard time figuring it out. It turns out the table next to them heard their dilemma and paid the whole check, including tip. Those people did a good deed, the manager up front, not. One day he will be old too.

A great setting with great food. Our server was very kind and considerate, not coming over until we asked her to. The group I was with haven't seen each other for a while so we needed to chitchat over a great dinner. The food was delicious and we will return.

I've frequented this location many times, but this time, it was ridiculous in terms of the service. The service was horrible. The waiter came over just to take our order, and then give and collect the bill. We asked bussers for something and never received it. One person I was with ordered an item, and it came out completely wrong, but they didn'twant to say anything, so they barely ate. At one point, someone who looked like a manager stopped by to grab a couple of plates, and we asked for a couple of containers for leftovers. He returned to the table and just kinda flung the containers on the table and left. I don't know what's going on over at this location, but it isn't good.
