Good food- beer price WAY TOO HIGH and I will go back but stay away from beer- it's way more than standard price. I enjoyed the pasta and service was pretty good. I

I was a guest here at the 4 points Sheraton for a few days. Hernan was my bartender and he treated me like a queen. He makes a commendable old fashioned and is extremely knowledge on the local beers.

First time here. Food is excellent. Steak cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chef. Service was excellent. Hernan (our server) was so pleasant, I would recommend asking for him if he’s available.A very chill atmosphere and great food. What else could you ask for. Also, a great selection of booze.

Let me start of with I will start this off to make change. I came in to eat and ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. I met the manager Mr Hernan. Meh, nothing great. This hotel is such a mediocre and overpriced hotel. I was here because the company booked it for me. There is a reason a usually stay at Hilton hotels.

The staff here was absolutely amazing. I had just had a HORRIFIC experience with a hotel earlier that night where I was supposed to stay and they gave me a room that was different than what I had booked. So I booked here and they literally came in clutch. Even though we checked in a little late, they were super accommodating, helped us out, and made sure that our stay was everything that was expected.

I reserved a junior suite... this room is so small! How is it a suite?? Just because it has a tub. At over $350/night... breakfast is not included.
This is a great place to stay if you like it when your car gets hit in the parking lot during your stay. Even better if your ideal response to the situation would be an extremely rude manager basically saying, "It sucks to be you"!

I can't express enough how wonderful the team at Four Points were for us. Nicole (Director of Sales) was our point person for booking rooms for over 30 people and her communication and professionalism made the process seamless. Alexis & Jada at the front desk were also quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had.

As an EA it is always a challenge to find a good hotel for someone. I heard great feed back from my boss. Room is exceptionally clean, services are wonderful. Most important staff are very helpful and friendly. I could not thank Ms. Ashely enough for assisting us.

A little difficult find as the signage does not boldly announce the nearly hidden entrance. Once you step into the lobby you find a modern/retro hotel with a very helpful and pleasant staff. The hotel restaurant / bar is also very nice, excellent staff, good food. Breakfast is outstanding. The room was very large, good furnishing, very clean. Even in the corners. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The tub, shower curtain also clean. The carpet is nearly new or just maintained very well. The bed was very comfortable. No sags, no squeaks, just a good night's sleep. I stayed on business for 2 weeks and was totally impressed.
