My daughter and 3 of her co-workers went for a girls night out on Friday, April 19th, little did they know that their work day was not finished when they left work. Unfortunately a gentlemen sitting at the table next to them stood up only to collapse, hit the floor hitting his head and shaking. Being all OR Nurses, they called 911 and provided medical attention until the ambulance came. They then assisted the EMT's put this man on the gurney and explained what medical equipment was being applied and what he would feel. His wife, and children, watched on and thanked the girls for all their help. It seems this gentlemen suffered a heart attack in the restaurant. 2 men at the bar clapped and said "nice job girls" however after the incident the only interaction from the staffing of The Shed was to ask if their dishes could be cleared, given their check which they paid and the girls left. No one from management had the decorum to even thank them for helping save a patron's life in the middle of their restaurant on a busy Friday night. The shame is the girls all said the food was very good and they would go back or recommend this establishment but the lack of gratitude, a thank you, can go along way has changed their attitude. A smart business owner would have at least said a round of drinks or desserts on us. They will not be back and nor will anyone else I can tell this story to. Next time say "Thank You" when someone helps save a life!

The shed has great ambiance, great food and service. They also have great gluten free options. My wife particularly enjoys their Cobb salad. However, one unfortunate event happened today. Today we ordered to go from the shed and really enjoyed the food as well, but the burger boxes were mislabeled and I accidentally ate a bite of the non-gluten free burger my friend ordered. I have celiac and unfortunately I quickly started bloating. This was despite emphasizing at the time of ordering that I have this sensitivity to gluten. We did inform the store and the manager Barbara was very apologetic and kindly offered to removed the burger off the bill as well as to remake the burger and even offered a gift card to be picked up next visit. It was an unfortunate mistake and we would still eat there again, but let the store know more so it doesn't happen again for us or others. Definitely still highly recommend the restaurant!

Me and my family decided to try The Shed for brunch, and I'm happy to say this place didn't disappoint whatsoever! To start we got the "Shed fries", which came with two dipping sauces that were delicious, and the fries by themselves were well seasoned and quite tasty! For our entrees, I had the chicken and waffles topped with powdered sugar that came with a side of spicy habanero honey, and my brother had the pancakes and he added on the strawberries, banana slices, blueberries, chocolate chips topped with powdered sugar. My chicken and waffles was an excellent pair of sweet and savory, although I didn't care much for the spicy habanero honey as I'm not the biggest fan of honey. My brother commented that his pancakes had been very fluffy and tasted amazing! Our server had been very friendly to us despite the busy environment that day and had been very accommodating to the custom dishes my parents had ordered. Staff overall had been super sweet to us and made our experience much more memorable. Would definitely come back to try their other dishes!

This spot was definitely a little far from home but we decided to take the drive and found out the hype was real. It's very simple if you are looking for a good brunch spot with delicious drinks and amazing food come check them out. The calamari was delicious very light on the breading which i appreciated. The salmon with Brussels sprouts was a chefs kiss kind of dish because it was healthy but delicious all at the same time. Francesca was amazing she made the experience worth it, she was patient and sweet. Whatever she's getting paid isn't enough. The ambiance feels like a farm, just a joint you know your gonna be served some damn delicious food.

I went to the Shed location in Huntington, but I like this one even more. The large open windows, increased indoor space, and high ceilings just elevated our dining experience. Definitely feels less cramped and crowded than the Huntington location. I went around 12pm on a Friday for brunch, and it was packed. They don't take reservations, so prepare to wait if you have a large table. However, we only had a table for two, so we opted for bar seating since that was available (no wait!!). We quickly sat down and ordered with the bartender. I got the shegg sandwich and my mom got the avocado toast. I got the shegg sandwich before, but it was just too good that I had to get it again. I also think it's a good portion of food for the price! It's the perfect amount of savoriness from the salty bacon and eggs and sweetness from the jam. And the crunchy toast is always top tier. The avocado toast was pretty good as well, and it also includes two sunny side up eggs. I definitely would come back for another meal at this location!

Been a couple of times. Consistently good. Quick and friendly service. Will definitely continue to go there

Food and service are good, been there many times, but the menu should be changed up occasionally. How many times can you go there for the same entrees, it gets boring

Went to the shed on a Friday around 1130a there was a 45 min wait and you cannot make reservations. That took me by surprise as it was a Friday and my intent was not waiting 45mins to sit down but I did. Anyways, i didn't take pics (I don't know if that's a good thing or bad) but the food was good. I had the chicken sandwich with hot honey and my friend had chicken and waffles. The sandwich was crispy and the hot honey was a nice add on, so it's a bit hard to tell how flavorful the sandwich itself was. It's a small place, good for breakfast / brunch. I would go back but I'm not in a rush. Maybe if they offered a waitlist or reservations.

Dear Sarah and the shed You are absolute sunshine! Thanks for the great service. With love, The gals with full and happy tummys This restaurant has a bright beautiful urban modern aesthetic. It almost feels like you're not even in NY when you're in the space. We had the sheg, the avocado toast, the glazed salmon fries and biscuits to share, mimosas, sangria and a Bellini. Everything we had was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. This is a great local spot and def a new staple for me ! 6 stars Bc Yelp only lets me give 5

The food was excellent but only recommend a better bun for the burgers as it fell apart. The reason for the low score - they have to do something about the fruit flies they completely ruined an excellent meal. Service was excellent

What's not to love about The Shed! It's a year round staple but it really shines in the Summer! I love the food, everything I've had is cooked and seasoned to perfection! The service is always welcoming, not to mention I've always enjoyed the playlist. If you haven't checked out the Shed wait no more!
