At first it seemed slightly pricey but once I tried the food you can see it's absolutely worth every penny the gluten free bagel was better than any bagel I've ever had, and the variety of innovative food also being vegan and gluten free is just incredible! I've been going to R2R since 2021 and as someone who lives a mostly plant based lifestyle, it's an absolute haven in the Pleasantville/Westchester Area. Always the best ingredients, I never feel sick or too full after eating and always want to come back for more! The Pizza and Soups are my weekly go-to meals. Excellent food - so flavorful, fresh, and good portions. We enjoyed the chickpea chaat, Thai ramen, and Mumbai grilled cheese. We finished with a carrot cake muffin and chocolate scone. Everything was soo good. We are looking forward to coming back and checking out the rest of the menu!

We ordered a veggie panini for my daughter who has severe food allergies. The food was prepared on time for us to pick it up and the process was very smooth. But the ratio of vegetables to bread was not great and the bread greatly overwhelmed the taste of the vegetables.

Order was ready as promised. The staff is friendly and pleasant. We order a gluten free Brioche loaves for church communion once a month, so that all people desiring communion can receive elements safely from a common loaf.

I've ordered several times from Roots; I've never been disappointed. I try to stop in any time I'm in P'ville. Everything is so fresh and delicious. I've had the the masala sandwich, smashed pea avocado toast, grilled cheese, muffins and their spicy mayo. Oh my goodness! Fantasti! And the staff is always friendly and happy to explain any of the menu items.
