I come here often because it's close to home and my girlfriend, the kids and I all love the food here but tonight I got they upset me a little bit. I always order the bowl with the tortilla on the side(the bowl and the burrito are the same price). On the past 15 occasions I have done this I never payed extra for the tortilla. Tonight I asked for an extra tortilla and was charged for 2 tortillas. I asked the girl(who wasn't even the one at the register but hit whatever button to add the 2nd tortilla to the bill) why am I paying for 2 tortillas when the I'm only getting 1 extra. She said none of the tortillas are free. It says right on the screen "EXTRA tortilla on the side" not in capital letters but you get the point. I didn't make a big fuss because it's 75¢ but it still left a bad taste in my mouth.

Food arrived ice cold, and the driver's car reeked of bad cologne which covered the entire meal! Everything tasted like bad cologne!Never again.

We get bubbakoos from this location very often and had a terrible experience today. We ordered through the app, which has a lot of technical problems. It doesn't allow us to redeem our rewards we've earned. Today we ordered 4 burrito bowls on the app and 3 of them had the wrong ingredients. When we picked up the order we asked to redeem one of the rewards from the app in-person, because the app won't let us do it. The employees did not want to help at all and laughed at the suggestion we could try to sort it out in person. They said they don't know how the app works. We left without redeeming any rewards and when we got home our food was wrong. Lettuce on bowls that weren't meant to have it, missing chicken in one, missing cheese in another.

Today was the first time I've been to Bubbakoo's in a long while. The staff was as friendly as I remembered, but the food quality (at least today) has changed. I ordered eight bone-in wings with General Tso's sauce and a side of brown rice and black beans. The wings had no flavor, and the sauce was lacking. I could see the freezer burn on a few of the wings. The chicken was very bland as if the wings weren't slightly pre-seasoned. I've never had Bubbakoo's wings the way I had them today. As for the rice, it was very mushy, not too far off from a warm rice pudding. Not sure what happened, but today the overall quality was down. It's not what I'm used to from this establishment. It'll be a while before I give it another try, I can't afford to waste money in times like these. I don’t want to finish my lunch.

Every single time I try to order from them it’s always something, charged my credit card 2 times told me go to my back and have them figure it out and on top of that they said they never received an order from me but my credit card says otherwise. Worst customer service ever.
