The Vitamin water I purchased from the fridge was ice cold, too, probably 33 degrees which is nice, so many times u purchase a drink from a store's fridge these days and it's barely cold or not cold at all. “We visited the Nanuet NY location on Saturday 11/19/22. We were helped by both Anthony & Darryl. I would really like to extend a thank you to both those gentlemen on such wonderful service. We stopped in quick to order 4 sandwiches then visit with family, we had just driven about 2.5 hrs prior to coming into the store so where pretty cranky. The store was packed and these 2, as well as the other 3 team members, serviced everyone with smiles and thank yous. We walked out with smiles on our faces laughing. Please take a moment to recognize these 2 for incredible service. I did sent this to the corporate office as well, I do hope these 2 gentlemen are singled out for going above and beyond.“

“Excellent alternative to Chipotle!80% of the time I get their Nashville hot chicken burrito or bowl. This is better than Chipotle for following reasons.1. More flavors/options for your tastebuds.2. “We where visiting the area from Tampa FL and wanted some good sandwiches and came across them searching online. It was worth it. Ordering system with touchscreen super user friendly and easy to pay without human interaction. Sandwiches and burgers made fast and exactly as ordered. Fries were steamy and crispy. Before you couldn't really see how your White Castle burgers were being made, but now you can see everything. “I came in around 10 am on a friday, and I just got out of bed looking like a hot mess. So I decide hey I'll go to subway for once and when I got there I was greeted with a smile from the man working there. There was a chair in the way of the fridge and I took the liberty of moving it myself but the man told me to just leave it there and came around to move it for me instead. I was treated with so much respect from this man when he took the rest of my order, and I work in customer service, so it felt really great to be treated with such respect. I'd recommend this place not just for its quality of food but for its service to customers. Thank you for the great experience!“

“The only other Five Guys that I've been to was in Times Square and I have to admit the Ramsey experience was much better.I ordered a custom little cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato and pickles and everyone else got a regular cheeseburger with the Five Guys all the way option. All of our burgers came out exactly as requested and we received the most generous size of fries. The lady behind the counter was super accommodating and the service was great. I have to admit that I was not used to the size portion and fell into a food coma. Make sure you are hungry and ready to eat!“

I like the adventure sports theme decor. Just stick to a burrito everyone and you won't go wrong. It's a Mexican themed restaurant. Don't buy boneless wings it's simple. The typical food choices always taste as expected- good for BK. I would recommend. And return. Not sure how the drive thru service is, fast/slow, good/bad.
