Best bagels in Westchester, folks! We started going here while my wife was pregnant and - even with a baby in tow - we’re still going here at least twice a week (the ample street parking as well as parking around the back sure help). Try the garlic and herb cream cheese - I promise you won’t regret it! And if you’re in the mood for something even savorier, the crispy bacon on the BECs is always piled sky-high.Best of all, the service is snappy (although you can save some time by ordering online like the pros do). Don’t be dismayed if you walk in and see a long line. It’s a well-oiled machine!Parking: Free parking around the back!

Needed something for breakfast and this was the best bagel place based on ratings. So glad I went here! Everyone was nice and hard working. They had to very bagel option and SO MANY cream cheese options as well as locks, eggs and meats to add to your bagel. And so many sand which/wrap options. We got a bagel and wrap and they were 10/10. Will be going here when I return to White Plains!

I’ve been to this place a few times, and there’s always a long line because they never have enough employees. I watched someone decide to place paper cups in a cabinet rather than wait on the customers.They forgot to give me my everything bagel, which was in a separate bag. when I called them, they said I forgot it. I can’t forget something I wasn’t handed. I thought it was being placed inside the bag with the others. I went back to get the bagel and waited a lobg time because it was only one person behind the counter. Then I saw what was so totally disgusting!!! She took a gloved hand and ran it through the egg salad to chunk it up. She then with her other hand, opened the door to the refrigerator, reached into some kind of a bucket or bowl and came out with the egg salad in both hands and walked it over to the bowl and placed it in the bowl and against used that glove arrange the egg salad! How positively disgusting that her hand touched the outside the refrigerator door and whatever inside and that’s what she put the egg salad in. Didn’t these people ever hear of a spoon?!

I was heading to visit family in Rochester, NY and on the way had a breakfast craving. I'd been wanting to try this location for awhile ever since their "Best of Westchester" designation. Seeing that they weren't too far off the highway, I made a detour, and am so glad I did. Walking in, the establishment is a bit cramped with just a walk up counter, and a few coolers on the side. There is nowhere to sit inside. There are clear menus around the interior, with a nice menu explaining the steps to building a nice breakfast sandwich. I was craving a BEC on a roll, and ordered a bakers dozen of assorted bagels for my family. After a bit of a wait and some really friendly staff, I had my order. The BEC was amazing. Full of bacon and two eggs that had that just soft hard yolk. The roll was nice and soft. We were also super impressed with the bagels. They were HUGE, but nice and light, not dense at all. I especially loved the Rye bagel toasted with butter. Delish! I will definitely be back to this location again soon!

Personal/workers here are extremely racist! Will never come back here again. I ordered my food and a white couple that walked in 5 minutes after me ended up recieving both their food before me. After I noticed my food sitting on the counter I approached the counter to tell him and pay my food, the worker completely ignorned me and proceeded to check out the couple after me. After done checking the couple out, he carelessly ignored me once again and walked away to the back. I had to wait a good 10 minutes till the worker that makes the food came to the front and checked me out himself, mind you completeley out of his job description. The behavior from this worker was absurd and dont wish this experience on no one.

I've been coming here since I was a kid. The bagels are consistently good and there's always a healthy amount of cream cheese. I've had her lunch a few times, and their roasted red pepper and chicken wrap is delicious! The service is quick and easy, no complaints here.
