I went to the fat cowboy with some friends of mine on Friday. The service was great, Autumn was extremely helpful and attentive. The brisket, Mac & cheese, and cucumber and tomato salad were delicious. The quarter leg chicken and kielbasa was the best I ever had at any BBQ place. Unfortunately they ran out ribs which I expected since I got there pretty late. Overall highly recommend checking this place out. They also have a crazy good BBQ family deal that feeds 4 to 6 people for $90.

First time trying the place after hearing a lot about it. They have 99 flavors of wings, so I tried 2 to start. I got smoked wings and I tried the Reapers Revenge and Ambers Hot flavors. Both really good, but then I tried the Reapers Revenge dipped in their new Jalapeño Garlic sauce, and that was fantastic.I also got the Jalapeño Popper Burger which was also delicious. Real good Mac and cheese on the side too. They have a great staff, the owner Garrett is a real personable guy that talks with the customers and helps with the grunt work. Couldn't ask for a more honest business. Good selection of beer and other drinks as well, and there was even a band playing. Nice atmosphere. 100% recommend.

We arrived at 4 PM on a Saturday there were 3 tables and when we left there was 5. We’ve heard good things about this place so we wanted to try it!My wife and I came to try the brisket and the waitress told us they didn’t have any. She said that something happened the night before when cooking it and they were making more! So my wife ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the fries. She thought the sandwich was okay and the fries were good (actually they were the best thing we had). Our waitress said the pizza was good, so I decided to try it with half sausage and half pepperoni, along with an order of cordon blue balls. The pizza looked fine on the top but when I took a slice I noticed it was burnt on the bottom, so I looked at the rest of the pizza and the whole pizza was burnt. The server never came back or I would’ve told her the pizza was burnt! We hadn’t eaten all day and were hungry so we were not going to wait for another pizza to be remade, so we ate a few pieces and left the rest!As far as I server she was very pleasant! But, not very attentive since she never came back to ask if we needed anything or how the food was. We had to wave to her a couple times from behind the bar while she was chatting in the corner by the beer refrigerator, once to order another beer and once to get some more barbecue sauce for my wife’s sandwich. We unsuccessfully tried to get her attention another time for a glass of water so my wife went to the bar and asked, she brought the glass of water over with our check! Instead of chatting, she should make sure tables are all set before food comes out. The ketchup on the table was empty so my wife went to the table next to ours and it was pretty much empty. My wife and I go out to eat three times a week and know a good waitress when we see one. With that said my wife was a waitress for 10 years and will comment on when a waitress is not doing a good job. This waitress needs to work on her attentiveness and serving the customers and less socializing behind the bar! But again, I want to mention she was very friendly and courteous, but that doesn’t make a good waitress. More than likely we will not return.

This is the best bbq spot around! The food is just simply amazing a must try. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I love the blue cheese wings amazing ? if you take out wings, they make sure to coat the bottom of the box with tons of extra sauce, we loved everything about this place.

Loved this place. We showed up with 6 people with no notice and we all loved it. Pulled pork was excellent and we will definitely be back. Thank you! Went recently and something has changed drastically with the smoke wings. I think they are a cheaper cut of rib that unfortunately has a lot more fat and way less meat. Definitely not baby backs here! Lots of fat, small bones and the pit master doesn't remove the membrane which he has admitted in the past. The smoked wings changed too, they didn't used to have a batter on them but I guess somewhere along the line they decided to add a strange almost pancake like batter to them before smoking. Also unfortunately lacking in flavor. We will probably go back again in the spring and hope prices will have calmed down and access to things like decent meat will come back to all of us.
