Food was fresh and delicious. Our waitress was pleasant. Very importantly, the ambience of the place was very welcoming. This is one of three sushi places within several feet from each other and I chose AKI due to its reviews and inviting atmosphere. Decor is beautiful yet simple.

Honestly, leaving this review breaks my heart. I’ve done countless orders both pick up/delivery and I’m not even giving such a low score because of the food! The food is always amazing, and I’ve been ordering sushi only from here since the pandemic!I was more upset about my recent interaction with the delivery individual. I was feeling a bit sick and wanted to order some food for myself + my siblings because of a family occasion! I didn’t have too much $$ but seeing that I’ve ordered from them a countless amount of times, with my distance from the restaurant being reasonably close! I thought that leaving a lower tip just this once would be okay. I was met with an angry delivery personnel who snatched my receipt off of the bag and yelled at me for putting such a low tip during the dinner time. He angrily stopped off, while I was left with mixed emotions. To be honest, I’ve never left a bad review—much less any review IN GENERAL! However, this interaction just really made me realize how my loyalty to this restaurant was not cared for.

We order from here all the time but we never came inside to sit down and eat . The food is always good , never will complain about that , the ambience is a bit dark for my liking but it's kinda modern , with a lot of black decor . A bit outdated but it's ok because the food is good and the prices are good . The waitress was super nice and friendly. No parking lot but it's ok there's plenty of street parking typically.

Came here with my boys (and Lucas) for his birthday. Had some minor chopstick predicaments, but otherwise the food was great. The water was insane tho, real talk, wonderful H2O just for that alone I'd still rate this place 5 stars. Crazy stuff, crazy good. 10/10 EXEMPLARY water

Every time that I order from Aki on an app (DoorDash, Uber eats) the food is never ready on time. I always end up having to wait 10-15 minutes which is a bit annoying. The staff is very nice and have offered me a drink or something for the longer wait time. Inside is nice but I often order to go. They have a good lunch special with a fair price and a good variety of rolls.

Order the Pepper Basied Pork belly dish, it usually comes with broccoli, it has none! It doesn't taste like usual . I wonder why?The server is nice, but the Chinese dishes are not the same.We are the frequent customers . We wish you do well, but immediately improvement is needed.

I originally stopped by to grab some Joju across the street for lunch, only to find that they were mysteriously closed. Not wanting to leave empty-handed, I decided to visit Aki for some sushi. I ordered their sushi & sashimi lunch ($15), which came with 5 pieces of nigiri, 7 pieces of sashimi, and a California roll. The quality of the fish was fresh and the rice was well-seasoned but it took a very long time for them to churn my order out-- the person ahead of me even asked to cancel her order because she couldn't wait any longer. For this reason, I am docking a star. I also saw that they have some Szechuan lunch specials available as well that I might try the next time I'm in the area. Note: $15 credit card minimum!

All I have to say is wow ?Maggie ID the sweetest, most professional host ever. She greeted me with the upmost professionalism and the sweetest personality. The restaurant is clean and the food and drinks are delicious. Jessica made the most delicious apple martini ?10/10 and definitely recommend.
