Hello when ever you have an issue don't deal with Alex he is the most unprofessional person They made a mistake in my order I called to tell them I don't eat chicken or beef I had order the enchiladas made of only cheese so I decided to call I ask for the manager and I explain the story I order online no options but I made sure in the comments I described my food so when I spoke to Alex he only said to me what do you want me to do ? Is he insane there is stuff a manager can do his best option was I'll call Uber and return your money and my food? What about my food.. Alex? He said oh if you come to pick it up I'll give you fresh food what's that beats the porpoise of me ordering to bring it home I have a cold and no food thanks Alex you are a great manager So he decided for Uber to return my money what a waste of time and not just that dealing with a manager that if they made a mistake they apologized but he didn't he just made stupid excuses Alex that's not the way to run a restaurant don't think the food will come out of your paycheck the worst thing dealing with a manager (ignorant one) that his ego is first then clients your restaurant it's there because of us we need respect and to be treated like humans if you make a mistake fix it don't bs around and fix it it's your job as a manager who leaves him I. One and done! Never ordering from here again.Food was abysmal. Tostones were over fried to the point where they crumbled when taking a bite.Burrito Mojado was soupy. The beef was undercooked and gristly.The soup (Camarones En Salsa Verde) was very oily just from the look of it, the shrimp was pretty spicy with no indication it would be so, and there was cheese on the beans, also with no indication there would be so.The chicken (Chicken Fajitas) was so doused in spices to cover the fact that it wasn't fresh. It was mealy and had certainly been reheated.The veggies were so oily that I couldn't eat them.Taco Bell would have been a better more quality meal.

Initially I gave this place a good review. Unfortunately the review is going to be bad. Expensive pure garbage for what we ordered! Seriously leave town and head over to another place. We got a sampler appetizer that was over 33.00 and if $#!t wasn't what we got then I don't know..... melted cheese covered plate to hide the skimp of frozen products.... service non grata! Really people? Not sure why you settle? Bad!
