Stood in the store for about 10 minutes and was never greeted. One worker with her back turned never acknowledged the line in the store. The other worker sat on break. No communication. No customer service at all. A lady spoke to the worker about her order taking too long and her response was,”I have a lot of sandwiches to make.” The one on break finally got up to help. A simple “ hello, just give us a few minutes would have sufficed”. I found it to be very unprofessional and the workers all acted as if they don’t want to be there period!

Food and smoothie very good. Pesto chicken flatbread was delicious. Clean dining area. I do think the flatbread was overpriced for the size.

service is awful at this location. employees are as rude as they come and shouldn't be in the service industry. its giving a mean girl cafeteria vibe. they don't greet you when you walk in, there's never an apology for constantly incorrect orders, half of the time i'm waiting for service bc the employees are hiding in the back. and when they do finally come out they're so awful and nasty, glaring the whole time with dirty looks, clearly pissed off to have been bothered. sorry that you have to do your job and make a smoothie, how rough won't be coming to this location anymore even though i love trop's food. i'd recommend getting your staff some proper training or replacing them with people who enjoy their work and aren't so clearly miserable to be there.

I am obsessed with this place . The sign out side is so vibrant and welcoming . You walk inside and it's nice and bright and the staff is so friendly. My favorite items on the menu are the capri sandwich and the strawberry and banana smooth. Yummy . This location is located in a mini mall so there's a huge parking lot with plenty of space . Great place , great food and the price is cheap which is great .

I come here pretty often and usually it's great. Last handful of times my smoothie isn't a smoothie... it's basically ice and I can't even use my straw and I found a hair in it as well. Pretty gnarly.

I ordered the Hummus Veggie wrap. They forgot the pickled onions which is the best part of the wrap but they also forgot…wait for it…the HUMMUS in the Hummus Veggie Wrap. It’s literally in the name. The first half of the sandwich was full of dressing making it so messy it fell apart. The second half contained all of the rice and no dressing and was too dry. I ate a few bites of each half and threw the rest away. If you are out of ingredients tell me when I order. If you just don’t know how to make the items on your menu, look at the ingredients list. Don’t just throw something together and hope it’s right. I definitely won’t be back.

Every time I get my smoothie, it tastes different. I only get one type of smoothie and it never tastes the same. Not only does it taste different each time, but the consistency is either too watery or too thick.

I asked for a hummus veggie wrap. I specifically said no avocado and very less on the lettuce. As you can see in the picture there is a lot of lettuce. And on top of that. For some odd reason it took 15 minutes to make my order. While girls were talking. I had to tell the girl in Spanish, and to my surprise she looked at me and surprised that I knew Spanish. To let her know that the girl said that it was ready. On top of that, the wrap itself completely was not wrapped fully. And all of the lettuce fell. There was hardly any rice, or beans. I don’t understand what is up with this place. But for the past couple of months. They be putting less and less beans on it
