“I love Jernabi! Whether I'm stopping in to grab a maple latte, need some yogurt and granola for a quick breakfast, or want to sit with a friend for good talk over a cup of coffee. This is my go-to place. The staff is always friendly, the drinks are always good, and I can grab some beans for when I want to sit at home and have the same great taste.“

“Perfect place to grab a bagel in Potsdam NY! Service is fast, and the prices are decent for a bagel shop. The bagels are good, and the sandwiches are great. Makes coming here over dunkin or Stewart because they are super unique flavors.Recommend the chicken bacon ranch! It is super filling, I usually split it with another person. The portions sizes definitely make the prices better.Looking at 10-12 for a sandwich, so going rate. Under 5 for just a bagel with cream cheese.Warning, they do have limited selection mid day. We happen to come right after a rush, so they had some of the flavors missing. Once we left they had fresh bagels for the afternoon. So just don’t time if bad if you’re looking for the more popular flavors such as everything.“

“Staff was very friendly. They were accommodating when learning how to make my favorite Starbucks drink, which staff on shift that day hadn't made before. It turned out great! I try to stop by there as a treat whenever I travel to Potsdam for my physical therapy. I'm always greated with a smile. Definitely a gem I discovered one day.Parking: This is located at a college campus. So depending on the time of day, whether you are a student, etc. could likely factor into finding a place to park. I am disabled and have yet to experience a problem finding a handicap space.Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are able to open automatically.“

“Dunkin' in Potsdam on Maple street is awesome!! They always have my order done fast and correctly. I very much recommend going here. Although, they are connected directly with Mountain Mart, so if you were looking for a quieter place to eat in, DD on Maple st. is not typically very quiet. They're nice and thoughtful employees, they never fail to put a smile on my face! I enjoy coming to Dunkin' for some coffee and bagel minis DD, you guys are doing awesome! Keep up the great work!“

“Gave a 4 basically on the products. Each store seems to be managed differently. By that I mean some better than others.Parking: All I can say there is plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Any time I've seen children there never seen any problems.“

“I really like this location. The entrance from the road is a bit bumpy, but it's a small issue. The employees are always so nice, even though they are short staffed, and they are patient with me when I need to ask questions about the different items available. If I had to nitpick, I would say that the drive thru speaker could use some maintenance.“

“My family and I visited Hazel’s several times a week when we lived in the neighborhood. Since we have moved away from the NoCo, we still make it a point to stop by at least once during our visit, and Brenda still remembers us. Best small town ice cream shop I’ve ever visited for the variety of flavors and sweet treats, and Brenda makes it even sweeter.“
