Stopped for lunch with a couple friends. I decide to use the mobile app and at least earn some points. Unfortunately my food set there (despite checking in and getting my drink cup) while seven other people who arrived and ordered after I checked in got there food. Then when I complained that my food was sitting there getting cold, the manager guy said I it won't get cold sitting there. Sir, those fries were definitely cold and definitely not as good as when hot....

Apparently they're not equipped to handle a dinner rush (I use the term "rush" loosely) as they pushed everyone through the drive thru just to line them up in front of the store while the food came out at a snails pace. Frequently have a poor experience at this location, but this is the last straw. Will not be returning.

Stopped by after some fun bday activities for a quick delicious meal and the staff went above and beyond to surprise my girls with a happy birthday song and treats!! Always a great atmosphere and warm welcoming here!!
