OK guysSo I stopped at this Burger KingTo get 2 whopper juniors with cheese no onion no tomato. Upon receiving my food and leaving the drive through I had realized at that moment that everything was not hot whatsoever. They're definitely not practicing safe temperatures when preparing foods. It was not busy there was nobody else on the drive through so cold that it didn't even melt the cheese and I literally felt sick To my stomach was trying to eat it because it was the first thing I had to eat all day. Do yourself a favor do not stop at this Burger King. If the employees can't tell that they're handing out cold food or just don't care about it not worth stopping there find another Burger King..As always I think everybody for reading this stay safe don't eat here. We tried an online order hoping that we would get to the drive-thru with about 20 minutes lead time only to find out that they may have seen the order but didn't prepare it. I think it may have been a busy night or something but the service was lacking. They were apologetic about it and brought the food out to the car but it was an extensive wait where we had hoped to get in and out quickly for another reason

Whoever owns this Burger King needs to be examined by a doctor. Every single time I come here there is an issue, they don’t hire enough people, they are always “backed up” despite no one being in the restaurant and two cars in line, it is ridiculous. Does the manager read the reviews??? Does he just not care??? I mean it’s truly comical

Only the 2nd time I was at this location, but both times I have been pleasantly surprised and pleased. Today I just stopped in to see if a coupon for a $3 whopper would work, and I was in and out in 5min. with a tasty well-made $3 whopper. So much better than any other franchise.I know that this sounds atypical, perhaps because both times were around 3:30pm.

This was probably my 4th time trying this Burger King since it opened. I will not go there ever again. I will gladly drive across town to go to the one on 44. First off I told the person at the drive through I was placing two separate orders and she was rude right off the bat "you can't do that here, you can only place one order" instead of being more polite saying I'm sorry we can't do that here. I sent my stepson inside to get the separate order. When I pulled up I asked are you the only location that doesn't allow multiple orders at the drive through and she said very nasty I don't know, I know you can in Highland and Newburgh and that she doesn't work there. Then she handed me my drinks and walked away. She wouldn't even give us our food. A younger gentleman brought us our food and I asked if she was the manager and he said yes after her telling me she doesn't work at that one. My husband then said she was a miserable nasty person, and we drove back around the building to get our son. When he came out he told us the staff inside was commenting on someone saying they were fat and when someone orders something like that they like to make comments. Also another staff member made a comment about if you're going to order 2 whoppers, you might as well have gone to Shoprite. We left and on the way home my son realized they didn't even give him all of his food. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Just Unbelievable in every negative way.Today, i went to the drive-thru, and the order screen was blank. It said "no reception." i proceeded to the window of the drive thru to place my order and she said "you need to go back and place the order". I said "the screen was blank, so i came up to you." She said "you can place the order, you dont need to see the screen, i can hear you." She asked me to drive around and place my order where the drive-thru menu is.That was absolutely retarded. Never coming here again.

Gave this location 5 tries. Service is unbelievably slow and the food was ice cold all 5 times.Edit: how the hell is this place not closed yet? Pull up to the drive thru and if they say anything at all it's "please wait" then nothing for 5 minutes. Bk should pull the franchise license cuz this place is embarrassing
