This was like an expensive snack. I got avacado toast, expecting it to be filling, but it was very thin and flavorless. I could've made the same meal at Walmart for less than $5. Could not recommend this place in this economy.

I love coming to Chakra Bowls. The owner and staff are top notch. If you aren’t sure what you want, have questions or need something adjusted they are on it. I also love being able to come with my young child who can enjoy ordering for herself and enjoy eating something delicious and nutritious.

Fresh, super healthy, delicious, colorful - this is a place to fuel your body with the good stuff.The signature smoothie bowls are served in coconut bowls in house and they are so artfully crafted to be as pleasing to the eye as they are to your tastebuds!The atmosphere is so lovely, both the interiors and the music and the ambiance overall - you get taken away on a little escape each time you arrive.On top of that they offer workshops and events like sound healings, in this beautiful and dare I say sacred space.And the owner Lauren is a mom and has nurtured and created a place truly filled with love.It’s a must go in the Hudson valley - smoothie bowls, salads, wraps, and veg options as well. ♥️
I have been to Chakra Bowls maybe five times. Each time I kick myself for going because I wind up so angry at how little food you get for the cost. Avocado toast cost extra for gluten-free bread, for a total of $16. I got one slice of toast. Even the photo that advertises the toasts shows two slices. And a 16 oz smoothie costs $11-12 dollars. The food is good but the portion:price ratio is awful.Dietary restrictions: gluten and dairy free
