It’s blatantly obvious the local manager and “supervisors” do NOT know how to manage. As a previous store manager of a major retail company the red flags of this store wave strongly. Came in on a busy friday night with a line out the door. Nonetheless, the customer service was on point! They served me my food kindly and efficiently. At the end, I was charged incorrectly, but they handled the situation very professionally. Food was also excellent. Will be coming back!

Ordered my food online and when I arrive to pick it up, I was told that they were out of chicken. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money buy since I ordered online, it can only be refunded online which is a poor business practice. So I left with no food and waiting for my money to be refunded.It took contacting them twice through the horrible website to get a partial refund. They still kept $2 for no reason.

Chips were under cooked (soft & greasy in the middle, and I had to pick a salsa substitute, because there was no fresh chopped salsa). I gave review two stars for the delicious guacamole. The rest, lousy & not what it wanted; I had to settle.
