We didn't eat there, we went purely for the games. It wasn't packed and easy to keep track of my kids. They won prices, we bought some toys and plan to go again whenever we just want to chill out

So, it was our first time back since our kids were little. With the grandkids. A somewhat expensive afternoon, but fun. It's clean and safe. Lots to do. The food was good (OG pizza was better ?).

I went here for a kids birthday party. It was wasn't very loud this time so that was a plus. I didn't eat for because I had already ate. My daughter had a fun time with her friends. The bathroom was clean. If you have small children it's a good time for them.

I took my grandson for the first time & he loved it. The games & rides were working except for maybe one or two, get them fixed ok. The food wasn't bad to my surprise & they have a salad bar option. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back.

The food was decent. The atmosphere was very nice! A great place to spend time with kiddos on a very cold or rainy days!
This place was clean and well taken care of . The manager really went out of his way to make it a great experience for everyone there. He was constantly making sure everyone was having a good time while also making sure everything was sanitized and cleaned. The only complaint I have about this place is they need better prizes.

First I would like to point out the blonde hair manager has a terrible attitude. She was rude and seemed miserable working. Second the food came out and looked like it was just messily made. The wings were cold and the cheesy bread had no oregano like it normally does. The extra blob of sauce on the app sampler that I paid almost 20$ for made the wings also soggy. I will not recommend coming here. It’s not like what it used to be they seem to try to be an arcade.

Omg!!! My 6 year old renamed it poopie cheese. Sucks! Games were broken and there was no ball pit or climbing tunnels! Awful! The host was so sweet though!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The food is not what it used to be, management is terrible and I observed them talking to their employees and what a shame!!! It took a long time for my child to get prizes and even then the girl at the counter seemed miserable. The place is dusty and half the games barely work. What a shame I used to come to Chuck E. Cheese when I was a kid and to see it ran like this is disappointing. I do NOT recommend coming here.
