My recent experiences have significantly deviated from the quality standards expected from Domino’s, culminating in multiple unresolved issues.On April 9th, I placed an online order for a 12-inch medium hand-tossed pizza, specifying half with chicken and pepperoni and the other half with chicken, black olives, and onions, requesting it well-done. Upon receiving the pizza undercooked, I contacted your store and spoke with Manager Daniel, who offered a complimentary remake for my next order due to my inability to return immediately, as I was caring for my daughter.However, when I attempted to redeem this offer on April 11th, adding only boneless wings to the order, the issues compounded. Not only was the replacement pizza incorrectly made as a pan instead of hand-tossed, but it also did not reflect the modifications requested. Upon notifying Daniel of this mistake, his response was unexpectedly unprofessional; he raised his voice, used inappropriate language, and ultimately hung up the phone on me, further exacerbating the situation.Further attempts to address the problem in person only led to more frustration. Daniel’s demeanor remained unprofessional, and his avoidance to engage in resolving the issue was concerning. The eventual remake of my pizza was again unsatisfactory, as it was burnt to the point of being inedible. This level of service is unacceptable and not reflective of the values promoted by Domino’s.As a regular customer, I am disappointed and hope for a swift response to this complaint. It is crucial that managerial staff at your establishments are capable of handling customer grievances professionally and effectively. I trust that Domino's values its customers and will take immediate steps to address these failures in service and management.

The person on the phone was horrible I want a refund they were disrespectful and irresponsible ,dont listen to directions and very rude . Dont recommend gave us cold pizza

Just don't. The food isn't good cuz they don't care, and if you order delivery, probably crushed and a driver with a horrible attitude no matter what you tip. And Domino's won't reimburse for messed up food, they'll just force you to order from the same place again to get messed up food yet again.

If I could give half a star I would, I've been coming to this dominos consistently for awhile now just cause my wife enjoys dominos so much but I'm bout to waste the extra gas and go to fishkill or wappingers because the last 3 orders I've placed have had either multiple wrong things or one wrong thing. Last 3 orders I swear I ordered garlic twists and every time was given cinnamon twists. This last time I went to get my order I walked in at the exact time they were cutting my pizza and I requested no garlic oil (NGO). You can obviously guess what happened the girl behind the cutting table puts garlic oil on the pizza and goes oops and asks the line guys to make up another one real quick. I wouldn't have been as mad as I am if I was told they messed up but I never once was told I'm sorry for putting the garlic oil on the first one we are making a new one. Nothing was said at all besides "it's coming up". Then after I got the new cheese pizza with no garlic oil I checked the twists because of the mess ups prior and wow to my amazement I got garlic Parmesian instead of regular garlic twists. I know exactly how it's like working a Friday or weeekend late evening shift at dominos but damn pay attention to your damn tags that get printed out. Im tired of coming in there and having to wait an extra 10-15 mins because you can't see NGO on the pizza label or even Garlic twists. I won't be coming back here till y'all fix whatever's going on

If I could describe this pizza in few words it would be cold, late and terrible service. This night started for me and my friends with pre ordering pizza. Delivery was due at 6:15 the order did not arrive until 6:57. This wouldn't have been such a big issue if not for everything that happened in between. First we got a call from the driver saying he was here when we had people outside looking for him. He was in fact not here at all. Then we called the store and asked them what the issue was only to be put on hold for 5 minutes and have an extremely rude woman who wouldn't even tell me her name properly because of this review say she would contact me with the driver and then hung up on me. I waited 5 minutes got no called and then called the store back only to have them put me on hold again for 10 minutes by then I then got a call from the driver a total of 15 minutes later saying he was here. I went outside again to see no car. I waited again for 5 minutes only to have him pull with the audacity to lie to me and say he was there already when I know he wasn't. I took the pizza inside to see this a greasy ass box and cold pizza inside. This is normal our go to pizza place with us normally ordering 3+ pizzas every 2 weeks but no more how could a place survive with service like this never again.
