5 people standing around and joking round with no real management. 8 people waiting for there food and no one seemed to care… I asked for a capuchino and a ham Swiss coir’s ant and they gave me a cold coir’s ant and forgot to put the cappuccino in.Seems like this Dunkin’ is reaching its dooms day.

I’m sure management understands. A lot of standing around with no customer service respect at all. If I owned this. I would shut down and train the staff in How this industry works. Sad the people’s mentality shows everywhere.

I know they are busy but the slightest smile could make a persons day better. Especially dunkin specialize in breakfast menu. Place is also not clean since they dont have staff to followup. Parking space is limited. Does not have a drive

Was there today,ordered small Coffee and a coffee cake it was $4.82 total, paid with a 50.00 dollar bill and the cashier gave back a change like I paid with a $10.00 dollars bill, when I told her that it was not my right change because I paid with a $50.00 dollars Bill she answered back to me that I did not but then she opened the register machine and saw the $50.00 dollars bill; She told me that she could not accept that type of bill and I had to go back to my car and pay with a card. The 2 girls at the front desk were not nice at all, eventhough it was their mistake. I asked where in the store was that information that $50.00 dollars are not accepted at that store, I was told:it was at the front door" but it was not. If you make a mistake do not be angry and unpolite to your client because then you get bad reviews.

Hate to leave a review but there was no way to contact the management. I have managed a Dunkin before so I can usually tell what goes wrong, especially when the coffee tastes a certain way. Came here asked for a latte with only half a pump of mocha because I am diabetic and can’t have much sugar, but like to treat myself to a coffee every now and again. Watched him put multiple pumps in it after me clarifying and asking if 1/2 a pump wasn’t too much trouble. Then got an iced coffee for my friend. I could tell they didn’t add enough water to the concentrated coffee when they were making the batch. It was dark and tasted like coffee concentrate. There were two gentleman here clearly stoned so I threw the coffee out and didn’t bother to have them get to make them again because it was painfully slow when ordering and waiting for the coffees. Stood at the register for atleast 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledging us. There was no one else on line. We’re driving up rt 9 and going to the next Dunkin’ Donuts in Hyde Park. What a waste of money. If you are going to raise your prices along with the rest of the world, you should be able to offer atleast the quality of product people are ordering and expecting.
