Howard from Gersky’s is a wonderful, professional, quality caterer, and a lovely person. We chose this company because we loved the food at a friend’s event. It was beautiful and delicious. I remembered it years later. Howard helped me put together a beautiful event and menu with reasonable pricing. Unfortunately, two of my kids got sick with Covid days before our event. Howard went above and beyond his contractual obligations considering our situation. Thank you, Howie!

Howie and his staff recently catered my outdoor wedding in Putnam County. I am an event planner so I got several quotes from the area and Gersky's was EXTREMELY affordable. Overall we had a fabulous experience and everyone was talking about the food afterwards! Howie worked with me on the menu and was able to take my requirements (a lot of different food restrictions - allergies, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free AND gluten-free!!) and put out a WONDERFUL buffet. I had a vision for the meal and it all came together perfectly. Not to mention that his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, even making trips to the local supermarket when we needed extra mixers for the bar. I would highly recommend Gersky's for your catering needs!

We ultimately had to cancel our wedding with our venue due the current pandemic. We re-planned our entire wedding to be a backyard wedding in a tent. We were referred to Howie at Gersky's for catering and OH MY GOSH what an excellent choice it was! Within about a month and a half Howie worked with us to create a menu that was within our budget. We are an Italian family so food is very important to us! Gersky's exceeded out expectations and worked very hard to accommodate us given the timeframe and the weather (it snowed on our OCTOBER wedding!) I would highly recommended Gersky's to anyone who needs catering for any type of event- big or small. They have food options to meet all of your needs. The food was spectacular and so was their service. Thanks again Howie for being so genuinely nice and helpful and thank you to the staff at Gersky's, you guys ROCK! We can't wait to use you for future events!

Fantastic catering service. Organized a great outdoor bbq/picnic for a small group. Grilled a variety of healthy, but also delicious, fresh food on site. Appreciated the great assortment of salsas to start as well as deserts and fresh fruit at the end. They also organized the rentals and set up and cleaned up everything. Crew was very friendly and attentive. The planning and organization was extremely easy and cost is very competitive. Lastly they met and exceeded all local and state guideline for safety. Would highly recommend.
